The mid-level of the home provides more bedding options including a queen bedroom with private handicap friendly bathroom featuring a roll-in shower, a king master bedroom with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, a second queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds that share a hall bath. All bedrooms in the home provide a TV and BluRay player and all but the bunk bedroom provide access to an oceanfront deck with beautiful ocean view. The wash/dryer are conveniently located on this level.

Comfortable seating surrounds the wet bar alongside the large screen home theater system. The kitchen is well-appointed for preparing meals with plenty of counterspace. Along with a breakfast bar, there is a dining room with dining table and a four seat table adjacent to the kitchen to seat the entire group, providing an elegant and private dining experience. A slider provides access to the oceanfront deck for after-dinner conversation in the salty sea air.
