Upon arrival on the property we had a difficult time finding the place because of poor lighting. There were no towel racks in the bathroom . Maybe that could be looked into. However: I would consider staying with you again. »

« I visited last year and was impressed so I booked again this year. This year was disappointing. The furniture was old, chairs were broken, tables ready to fall apart. Furniture could use upgrade. Outside, the hallways were dirty, parking lot dirty, trash bins were always full everywhere and smelly. I love the swimming pools and utilized them every day. They were wonderful. The gas grills around the compound need thorough cleaning and some were not working or difficult to start the gas to come...

« This property is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Denton area. It’s extremely easy to get to and right off the interstate. The property is really clean and taken care of. We enjoyed the squirrels and birds using the feeders right outside the window the following morning. Highly recommended! »

« Nice and quiet area with a nice balcony on the 3rd floor. It's a centralized location so everything is within 15-30 mins with the Dallas traffic. Plenty of local restaurants and places to go. We will rebook this place again in the near future! »
