Relaxing beach home only 300 feet from beach. Screened in outside porch facing ocean. Newly remodeled, 5 beds, 1 pullout couch. Equipped with all accommodations. Downstairs area with BBQ Pit, large table for 10, outside shower, and descent size yard. Also view of Swan Lake on Bay side with Crab Pier for crabbing.
Bring Beach towels, chairs, sunscreen and be ready for a good time.

Great location, plentiful kitchen supplies for cooking and entertaining, cute decor, communicative host, cool wrap-around porch with a screened-in section adjacent to the main living area, overall pretty clean. The floor had quite a few soft/springy spots that were a little concerning what with being on a house on stilts, and it was a bit sticky. I usually don't wear shoes indoors, but opted to because my feet/socks were getting too dirty. It was also tricky finding towels since they had not been put out, but we did eventually find them in a cabinet in the main hallway. The stairs leading up to the front door are also pretty steep and scary to attempt in the dark and/or with your hands full; I was concerned about the potential for falls.Our party included people aged 3 months to 73 years plus two dogs, and all had a good time.

We had a great trip. The home was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean and well stocked. It was literally steps to the beach. We loved the porch and the view. I have only good things to say. We will come back again and again. The host was awesome. He answered every question. He responded quickly both with calls and texts. He was very accommodating and kind.

We really loved sitting on the porch watching the waves and cars getting stuck in the sand. Loved having the screened in section so the kids could avoid the mosquitoes. Beautiful home!

Property is nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. Location was near the beach as represented. Unfortunately the pictures of the interior and decks do not represent the current condition of the property. Screens on the screened deck are in very poor shape (loose and blowing in the breeze in two places), rug shows in pictures as in great condition but is extremely ragged. Two smoke detectors were missing. Bureau drawers had sand in them; hair dryer, stand alone fans, hanging light over table were very dirty! Several pieces of deck furniture shown in pictures were not there. Bath towels and wash cloths were very cheap; only two wash cloths were provided and they were extremely thin; no hand towels; only one dish towel. We called the property manager the first morning because coffee maker did not brew. Took a long time to hear from him and the message he left was rude! Telling us it worked previous weekend and that water and coffee had to be added, like we were idiots. We googled the coffee maker and learned it had a feature called drip stop that when activated stops the brewing. Either the manager is just rude or he doesn’t even know how his coffee maker works.

The property was very accommodating we love the entryway mud room as we traveled with two pets property was very comfortable we would love to stay somewhere with a king bed but we were quite comfortable the only issue we had was with the smell of the sulfur in the water but apparently that is on all Surfside close and beachfront properties

Owner was very helpful & responsive from first inquiry. Property was clean with cute seaside decor, new rain showerhead in master bath. Plenty of room to host large groups & the large outdoor covered patio added extra entertaining space. Very short barefoot walk to beach entrance with dogs. Many options to eat, Beach Front Deck & Seahorse Bar. Definitely recommend this property and look forward to our next time. Thanks so much!

The location was fantastic and communication was good. The house was not stocked well. There was a half roll of paper towels in the kitchen, only one kitchen trash bag, and only a couple rolls of toilet paper. The floors were also extremely dirty.

Family trip

This was our second time staying at this house. We had 2 adults, 2 young adults and 2 teens in our group and there was more than enough room for all is us. It’s so convenient to have the outside shower downstairs where we could all rinse off after the beach. We bought some charcoal from the food mart and grilled. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make your meals. The beach is literally steps away from the house. We could stand on the porch upstairs and check on everyone that had stayed at the beach. The screened in porch is nice to keep all the mosquitos away.
