« There were outdoor furniture for the living room, the heating did not work and the plumbing was not working. When the plumbing problem started we got our things together and went home. Mind you 3 days early. We stayed 3 1/2 days. Bed was worn out, it was just a terrible so called week vacation. We will never stay at THE MARK ever again!! »

« Had a great stay at The Mark. Nice surprise with the dog run. Fur babies enjoyed that. The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. Short walk to the beach or if you get a permit, can drive on the beach. Surfside beach is always great. I only live an hour away so I get to visit often, but it was nice to be able to spend a few days just relaxing and soaking up the sun whenever I felt like it. You won't be disappointed with any of the apartments. »

« Bed jiggles, all walls need serious paint job, shower has no water flow, chairs uncomfortable, no stove light, no stove exhaust fan (cause the built in microwave has no power) the microwave provided on counter, is ok, but difficult to operate the door “Lock”, shower floor is slick when wet. Vert dangerous. Toilet seat way too small. Only one bedside table, which is difficult when both use cpap machines. « We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was in great condition, well decorated and stocked with all needed essentials. The bunk beds were perfect for our older grandkids and they liked being in them. « We all felt the host supplied extra items that would not necessarily been found in most places. For example:feminine products and coffee pods are not normally found in these types of rental units. Had some trouble with the uploading of documents into the vrbo website and phone app. The host was very quick to answer mails regarding the issue. »
