« Great stay! »

« was rude and room is in disrepair »

« Good place »

« Clean room »

« We ordered a king bed room. They oversold the hotel, did not say a word to us, and gave us keys for a room with 2 smaller beds. We went right back to the desk, told them about the confusion. We only got a large bed room because they had also put another family in a single bed room. We had to switch room with that family. « We arrived earlier than expected after a looong straight drive from Florida . We were hoping to be able to check in early so we can rest before we went about your day. Every hotel in the area were booked solid for the JROTC event in Fort Knox, which is why we came over. The receptionist was very helpful and told us she would do everything possible to allow us to check in early. After less than an hour, she gave us a call and gave us the good news that we could come in and check in early so we...
