Forget Me Not | Beautiful & Historic | Amazing Outdoor Space

Within 6 blocks of Main Street, this charming 1920's Basse block cottage is a gem in a quiet residential neighborhood. Forget Me Not was purchased by new owners in 2014 and they have made amazing changes to an already wonderful home. The house has been professionally decorated and is not only perfect, but fun to see all of the great “finds” they used. Each time you go into a room something different will appear.

The Parisian inspired kitchen is a subtle taupe with pristine white trim. Fully equipped for your cooking needs, the kitchen offers convenience accompanied by inventive style. If you love to cook this will be a wonderful kitchen during your stay. A table for six is perfect for this room and the “perfect” antique chandelier hangs over it. An open hutch showcases an antique collection of plates. In the front of the house is an elegant spacious yet comfy living room with a great sofa and two floral chairs. All are placed to enjoy the large flat screen television with DVD player. There is also a small white loveseat in the corner which adds an area for visiting or just relaxing.

Two bedrooms are found in the front of the house and both have queen beds with private baths. The first bedroom has a queen bed with white coverlet and accents of black and gray. Enjoy the large antique curio cabinet with so many wonderful fun and interesting finds. An attached bath with soaking tub and overhead shower is found adjacent to the bedroom. The second bedroom has a bath across the hall and has a spacious tiled large shower. Both bedrooms have flat screen cable televisions. The bed has a white tufted cover with accents of sea green and orange. A double glass patio door leads out to the future patio.

The master bedroom in the back of the house has an exquisite king bed topped with earth colors of beige and green. The bed and a loveseat are placed to enjoy the flat screen television. This room is very private and comes complete with it's own private small living room and patio. The attached bathroom has a large tiled and glassed shower. The master bedroom has an individual heating/air conditioning unit. This is one room you won't want to leave!!

House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance
- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.
