This Lovely fully updated home in the heart of Fredericksburg filled with charm, character, and majestic simplicity. The large expansive porches are inviting and encourage travelers to enjoy a tranquil evening with wine and a beautiful sunset.

The 2nd master suite includes a king bed- pool table - darts - small kitchen- extra bath and is perfect for entertaining large groups.

One block from main street; you are a few minutes walk from great food, coffee shops, the town square that boasts several weekend events.

Arriving early? Staying late to make the most of your trip? Ask in advance for approval. Our goal is to serve you and ensure you enjoy your stay. Happy to provide recommendations to the town's best bars, food, and wineries.

We were a party of 8 and this place was SUPERB! One of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. The owners were very responsive. The property was clean and neat. The kitchen was stocked with more supplies than we've ever experienced! The beds were SO comfortable. The pool and hottub were a BONUS (again so clean)!! We will want to stay here again if we return with a large group.

Absolutely loved our time at this house!! We had a large group for Thanksgiving and had plenty of space & bedrooms. We cooked dinner and had everything we needed even a bag of ice in the freezer. One block off main so we were able to walk to the shops & wineries. The host was helpful & very responsive. We will be back!! Highly recommend!!

Horrible experience!

Host never contacted me with check-in procedures. I messaged him the day of, he never responded. I didn’t even have the address to the house. I had to Google search the image to find it on Zillow. Once getting there, we rang the RING as the details state on the listing itself. No answer. We rang the doorbell for over 15 minutes. I had to call Vrbo because I felt like I was scammed. They contacted the host, who then quickly sent me the address and the code for the front door. Nothing more. He never replied to me again. Instructions on how to lock the door, were not there. When I inboxed him to ask him, he never responded. Listing says the house has 6 bedrooms, it only had 5. TV in the master bedroom did not work. I had such a horrible experience, I don’t think I will ever use Vrbo again! Not to mention, every single one of us (6 of us) all had horrible allergies only when in the house. Which tells me there might be mold.

Overall this was a great place for our girls weekend, we spent most of our time shopping, eating and drinking downtown. My only complaint is that the photos match the property. There was no fire pit or pool tables and the outdide furniture was pretty dirty and worn out. Several small maintenance fixes couldanzees

Property was just as pictured. Very nice. Requested for earlier check in and was granted but we were running behind so got to the home at about 4. Raymond is your guy very nice. He is not the owner but the person that check on the property. We had 10 guess and everyone had their own bed. And they enjoyed to property also. I would recommend this property if you have a large group.

Nice home needs customer conveniences

The home is very nice and great neighborhood. We were disappointed the Keurig didn’t work, many lamps broke, little light at night, no hooks for towels, no closets, toaster broken. A little TLC would go a long way for customer satisfaction. Thank you.

Perfect Location

This house featured an appealing front porch and an excellent firepit with plenty of seating. We were fortunate to find leftover wood from prior guests. It was well-equipped and provided a high level of comfort. The location was ideal, with a quick Uber ride or drive available for any necessities. Weather permitting, a pleasant walk was also an option. Although the guest house was somewhat chilly, the space heaters effectively warmed the area.

Perfect Location and Lots of Space

My family and I enjoyed the home. It’s impossible to be bored with the close proximity to Main St, plus all the games, pool table and fire pit at the house! The home was clean, the neighborhood is quiet, neighbors were friendly. Ample street parking. We had a great time!

Took 30 minutes after our arrival to be let in the house. Suggestion is to provide the access code before the guests arrive. While location is a block from Main Street, you do have to walk a ways to get to the stores, restaurants, etc.

Girlfriend getaway

The pictures were accurate however general maintenance has been deferred. The property is for sale therefore I suspect not a priority for the owner. The main house door code didn’t work and that was a bit of a back and forth effort-really not the fault of the property owner. He promptly responded with an alternative code that worked. The thermostats were Nest system which is great-unless you’re not familiar. That took some unexpected effort. We were referred to YouTube. That was astonishing. He did check back hours later to see if we figured it out. The cleanliness was good, just basic supplies, like toilet paper, were lacking. The fifth person in our group had the worst accommodation. Because no virtual tour was available we did not know it was at the attic slope and access was through another bedroom. It was fine, just unexpected.
