The Main Suite of Bella Manor is located in the front portion of the home and boasts fabulous soaring ceilings, exposed beams and rock work and spacious living areas. Imported from Portugal, antique front doors open into the beautiful entry with candlelit fireplace with a large flat screen television above. Guests will appreciate the exquisite furnishings throughout, from the beautiful curved sofa in the den to the massive carved wooden beds in each bedroom. The two downstairs bedrooms offer a king size bed with luxurious linens, a flat screen TV with cable selections and a private bath. The front bedroom's en suite bathroom boasts a claw foot tub, separate shower, and his-and-her vanities.
The suite also includes a full kitchen and an attached east-facing sunroom which has a queen size sleeper sofa. Overlooking the beautiful den is a third loft-style bedroom offering two twin beds, a flat screen television and a private bath with a claw foot tub. This bedroom is accessed from an outside staircase.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Bella Manor is a beautiful house within walking distance to downtown Fredericksburg! Comfortable furniture, plenty of space and a wonderful hot tub! Upstairs loft is only accessible from the outside. The kitchen was very well equipped with both a K-cup and regular coffee pot. We enjoyed our visit and highly recommend Bella Manor!

Great quiet location

Great location, near downtown, but far enough off main that parking was easy. Well appointed kitchen and the outside space was great, but bring mosquito spray. If you are a picky sleeper, bring your pillow. Bathrooms were a great size. The upstairs would be perfect with older teens.

AMAZING Beyond Words!

What an absolutely incredible place! I stayed here with 3 of my friends and we really really enjoyed it. Easy to walk to all the things in town but we really just wanted to hang at the house most of the time. Loved it.

The house was beautiful, but the cleanliness was not

We stayed at this beautiful house a couple blocks off of Main St for a bachelorette trip. The house was very spacious and the decor was nice. The biggest issue we had was the cleanliness. Whoever cleans this house did not wash the sheets prior to our arrival and there was hair, not just a few pieces, throughout the bedding. So I had to wash our sheets the following night for peace of mind. On the pull out couch, it was swarmed with dead bugs which is understandable since the couch is in the Sun room but they could’ve at least vacuumed under the couch and removed them before we used it. They also did not provide a spare set of sheets for the pull out couch which thankfully we had our camper in town and I was able to furnish that. I messaged the company multiple times sending pictures and videos with no response. Nonetheless, if you’re looking for a place to relax and unwind without bringing your own linen and expecting to clean upon your arrival, this is not the place. The potential is there, but they need to hire new cleaning folks.
