This vacation rental showcases a highly modern design and sophisticated furnishings, offering more than 2,000 square feet of living area spread over two levels. The spacious living room features a southern exposure, providing stunning views of Byer’s Peak and magnificent sunsets from the large private deck, which includes a BBQ grill and plenty of seating for relaxation.
The modern furnishings enhance the gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and vaulted ceilings in this open area, which flows effortlessly into the dining space that boasts a large table surrounded by numerous windows, offering a delightful view and is adjacent to the gourmet kitchen.
In the kitchen, the lighter wood cabinets harmonize with the stainless steel appliances, custom tile backsplash, and tiled flooring. The breakfast bar accommodates up to four guests, serving as a convenient place to enjoy a quick snack before venturing out to explore the many nearby attractions.
Upon entering the main level, there is a generous area for storing outdoor gear, along with a small powder room and laundry room, leading to the expansive living area.

Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
