And Fall is spectacular as Aspens surround the home.

Ideally located for fun and recreation, you'll find Fraser Tubing Hill, Pole Creek Golf Club, and Winter Park Resort all within a seven-mile radius. Spend a day sledding or skiing down the wintery slopes, play a scenic round of golf in summer, or hike or mountain bike beautiful terrain all year. With Devil's Thumb Ranch just down the road - spend some time exploring their award-winning Nordic trails. The hot sulfur springs nearby are the perfect spot to soothe any sore muscles after a fantastic day. Taking a day to explore Grand Lake is always fun for the whole family. Lake Granby is very close to boating or fishing.
