  • Nestled in a private community, you will reconnect and unwind as you discover the adventures of Western North Carolina. After a day of hiking, water sports, fishing, shopping, skiing, train rides, and great food head back to the cabin to enjoy a soak in the hot tub or s’mores around the fire pit. Our cabin is less than 10 miles from adventures for every season and sits within walking distance to the Little Tennessee River. Take a left turn out of the community entrance for a short 20 minute drive to the beautiful city of Franklin North Carolina or turn right for a fun windy 35 minute drive to the historic Bryson City. The short drive to reach the cabin once you enter the private community is breath-taking as you meander through the woods on a single lane road to the top of the mountain side. On a busy day you may see two cars pass the cabin so come relax, explore, take in the mountain views and seize the moment at the Cabin.

We had a wonderful stay. GREAT communication with the owner with quick responses to all questions. This wonderful house had ALL the amenities, including a kitchen full of cookware and dinnerware. It was such an awesome place to stay. No hiccups! Will rent again when visiting Franklin, NC.

Had a very nice 4th of July weekend with family and young grandchildren. The cabin is nicely situated with nice Mountain View’s and lush greenary. The amenities including hot tub, grill, fire pit, fire table all as advertised. Satellite wi-fi and tv worked out great. The cabin was spotless and the kitchen very well outfitted for home cooking. We had 6 adults and 3 grands under 7 and the sleeping arrangements worked very well for us. We will definitely consider a return here, maybe for this years fall leaf peeping season.

Had a great time in this cabin. It was spacious and accomodated all of our needs. The view of the mountains was great. Loved that it is in a quiet area with paved roads. The host was great and answered all questions.

Communications with the host was a an issue as when we experienced the power loss we had no cellular service therefore it was necessary for us to drive until we had service to contact both the host & Duke Energy to determine the return of power estimated time.

The cabin was awesome… nicely decorated, easy access into the cabin, well furnished, very comfortable, relaxing atmospere, great location, and excellent communication from the cabin owners prior to arrival, during stay, and after checkout. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

Wonderful mountain home!

The owners of this beautiful home were very attentive and helpful with all our needs, responding quickly to our questions, etc. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. The location was great, with amazing views. The home was well-equipped and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning!

Wonderful time!

We come every year for our family reunion. We have always stayed in cabin rentals and this was me of the top. Convenient to get to, very clean, beautiful view from deck! We loved it!

Mountain Thanksgiving

Our family loved our mountain Thanksgiving at your home! It was perfect for our group, We had plenty of room to spread out, beautiful scenery and walks, and the cabin had everything we needed. Communication was very good with the owner, and our check in and check out moved smoothly. It is a vacation we will always treasure!

Our family of 8 had a wonderful time. A beautiful cabin which is more like a home and was a great location to get us tubing, the train ride and into the National Park. We stayed six nights and everything we needed was provided. Especially loved the hot tub! Just be aware those with a hard time negotiating steps might have difficulty getting to the fire pit as it is many steps down. But was a great place for our family.

We celebrated Christmas with family! Rode Polar Express for grandkids!! A wonderful experience for all!! We loved the cabin, hot tub and fire pit for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores! We loved the beautiful views!
