'By far one of the best places to stay in Morelia! The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was very spacious and very clean. They even surprised us with a welcome gift upon arrival and another thoughtful gift at checkout. The hotel is also perfectly located, just a short walk from all the downtown attractions, restaurants, and local vibes. This is definitely my go to hotel whenever I’m back in Morelia. Highly recommended!'

'We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Everything was perfect , the only thing I didn't like was the carpet in the room, but then again it was clean so no complaints.'

'Lugar centrico, muy limpio, comodo, de buen tamano , con una pantalla mas grande que la mayoria de los hoteles que he llegado.'

'CENTRAAL'

'Everything good, things that can improve: the water pressure is low, and there are no “Do not disturb” door signs, so a cleaning lady knocked on the door in the morning, even though we were checking out that same day. Otherwise comfortable, clean hotel in front of a shopping mall.'

'Excellent!!'

'The staff here is outstanding. Incredibly helpful and kind. It’s the type of service you would expect at this price point. The pool area is pretty and the water is heated. Air conditioner worked great. I also appreciated the amount of staff on site, I felt very safe'

'Excelente lugar para viajar de negocios, cuenta con buena ubicación y desayuno muy completo.'

'Hotel was great and staff helpful. The restaurant was super slow. And waiters seemed over their heads. Maybe just one bad morning. And they forgot to put my order in.'

'Nice boutique hotel, staff was friendly'

'La habitación fue excelente todo muy moderno y actualizado el precio muy accesible la cocina completa con todo lo necesario en si todo excelente'

'Great location and wonderful staff! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with booking tours and transportation. While some of the facilities are a bit dated, the hotel is generally clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and hospitality.'

'Es un buen hotel y el personal es atento, sólo que el edificio es muy antiguo y se nota pues algunos materiales están muy desgastados.'
