3 bedroom bach with spacious fully fenced section. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac with large reserve to kick around a ball or play cricket and also direct entrance into mountain bike and walking tracks through forest.

Fantastic in the summer months and also very warm in winter with a log fire. A 10 minute walk through sand hills to Foxton Beach. Sheltered, quiet section with ample room for kids and dogs to run around. Off the kitchen is a sheltered launday/porch area for your pooch to snuggle up at night. An easy 10-minute walk to a large kids playground and skate park, cafe/restaurant. Not much further take a walk/bike ride up the stunning Estuary to enjoy the view and then munch down some good old kiwi fish n chips or pick up some supplies from the local four-square store.

Enjoy the evening by the fire, watching telly or with a game of darts or pool in the garage.

Base rate per night covers up to 4 guests. There is an additional guest fee of $20 per extra guest per night.

There is also unlimited WiFi at the property - @ $20 per stay.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to leave the bach as you wish to find it (full cleaning supplies provided), bring your own linen (towels/sheets).
