'Super easy check-in and check-out with a code sent to your phone in advance. The only issue was the neighbours, who apparently needed to have a screaming match at all hours of the night. Couldn't have been controlled by the hotel staff, so not their fault. Luckily, I had earplugs, so it wasn't much of an issue.'

'This is an old established resort and it has many interesting points both property and building wise. However you can detect a slight musty (old) smell once you enter the lobby and the rooms which took away some of the expected excitement of staying here. Some parts are starting to show their age and will need replacing I imagine. The rainy day did not help to show its splendor of long ago. We did not get to enjoy the amenities as we were at a family function most of our day and we departed...

'This place was excellent for the price ! Fairly newly renovated , staff was friendly and breakfast was a great spread including eggs ,sausages , hashbrowns and waffles. Bed was comfy , i had an grest sleep!! Also super bonus that directly behind the building and across a divide of grass there is a Tim Hortons ,wendys,sushi place,Mexican restaurant and another restaurant!! Super convenient'

'did not like that the elevator was broken al the time we stayed there. the breakfast was really the basic.It was not set up great.if there was not enough space between the two side to get breakfast or drink/cereal and toast. '

'The room was clean and lots of parking available. We had some noisy neighbours in the room next to us, it was also an adjoining room so not sure if the sound travels more in those rooms, this was no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was not good, in our opinion and we found the eggs and sausages were really overcooked.'

'Unassuming property with plenty of free parking. Wonderful staff that greet you and get you into your room quickly. The room is very tidy bathroom was filled with big fluff towels. The beds were very comfortable. The morning complementary breakfast was perfect. I would highly recommend to my fellow travelers.'

'Woman at the front desk was nice, gave me extra towels when I asked. However, we only had two towels in the room when I booked with my family, sooooo net zero I guess. One set of bed sheets had what appeared to be processed cheese caked on (like they weren’t washed properly and then dried). Other bed sheets were stained purple (paint we hope?) Showerhead sprayed everywhere and soaked the bathroom floor that we had to clean. Nor was there body wash in the bathroom. One of the cheapest toilet...

'The residence is hard to find, they need to put better instructions on the check in details. Signs at the college are hard to read especially at night Rooms were what I expected, howver the cleaners need to be supervised a little better. Counters and touch points are not being cleaned. Rings and dirt on the bedside tables. I used Lysol wipes to wipe everything down when checking in...I do this with all my hotel rooms I stay at. This one I have to say was the dirties for when I cleaned the...

'Breakfast was basic, nothing special. Standard. Rooms were ok, needed better cleaning. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Pool was freezing.'
