This property is located in a family neighborhood and quiet time hours must be observed. These hours are 10:00 PM - 7:00 am.

Absolutely NO parties or group events including bachelorettes, bachelor parties, wedding events, dinner parties, pool parties, reunions, etc.

Guests are limited to 2 cars which can be parked tandem in the carport/driveway. Street parking is available ONLY in front of our house.

We came from Oklahoma to celebrate friends birthdays. We loved this house and the views from the backyard were great! This house is close to everything!!! We didn't have to drive very far to go to Sundance square, to the stockyards or to go shopping. We loved the location. It was the perfect house for our stay and the hosts were quick to respond to all of our questions! It was a great weekend get away!

What a great house, from the interior decor to the outdoor patio area. Super cute and plenty of room. Very clean and the hosts were super nice. Would def stay here again. Great location to clear fork shops.
