'We have stayed here before but this time was not what we remembered. The AC in the room was so loud and vibrated all night. The shower didn’t drain until the next morning plus we had to request more bath towels. We had a balcony facing the mountains which was pretty but the chairs were ripped so we couldn’t sit. Breakfast was still good, lots of food and many options. Staff always friendly.'

'The rooms were so small. Bathrooms even smaller. You would hit the sink trying to use the toilet. Getting out of the shower was a challenge with the sink right on top. AC was only in the rooms and not throughout the hotel. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in which is disappointing considering the brand of the hotel. Would not recommend. Staff was friendly but slow in all parts of the hotel. Food was great.'

'We felt very welcome in this gem of a building. It has an awesome atmosphere and is located near all shops and bars. Would definitely recommend to our friends and family.'

'Unfortunately the room was not up to par! The bathroom reeked of mildew, the body wash container and the conditioner container were empty. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that has no body lotion??!! And for the price per night this should not be how we find our room.'

'Five stars if love quirky, quaint stays that are not big chain hotels. Each room is different and stocked with cute little decorations. You have a patio to enjoy the sun. Downtown whiskey row and restaurants are just a quick walk down the street.'
