Zeer comfortabel en gezellig, maar vooral met een GEWELDIG UITZICHT op het suikerwitte zand en het smaragdgroene water. Welkom in het paradijs!
    Dit ruime 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers rookvrije appartement op de 2e verdieping ligt direct aan de witte zandstranden van de Golf van Mexico. De bijgewerkte keukens van de keukens zorgen ervoor dat u zich thuis voelt. De grote wasmachine en droger zorgen ervoor dat wasgoed een fluitje van een cent is. De woonkamer en slaapkamer hebben openslaande deuren naar een 30 'prive balkon met uitzicht op de prachtige Golf van Mexico. Dit appartement slaapt gemakkelijk 8, met een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer, 2 aparte bedden in de logeerkamer en een tweepersoons slaapbank in de woonkamer.

Fantastic view and location

Great location - just steps away from the white sand and blue water. The view is perfect from the unit with its wall of windows and sliding doors. This unit is large - bigger than most condos we’ve stayed in throughout our many visits to Fort Walton Beach. The unit and property was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again

The living room furniture is beginning to show some wear, but that is to be expected with a rental. The beach was not crowded, and having the chairs/umbrella provided was a plus. The rental company was very nice, quick to respond, and provided all the information needed. We were also able to check in 2 hours early. Will definitely return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to stay in this unit. We love the location, unit is very spacious and has everything we need. They provide all of the information you need prior to arriving and for departure using their app. This time we had a problem with the A/C unit- I notified them on Saturday and it was resolved on Tuesday- luckily the weather was cooler so we didn’t really need it. Everything was clean but I would say maybe the living area furniture could use a deep cleaning. We love all of the options for seating outside! We can easily watch the sun rise and set from there. Hope to return in the future.

Was originally booked in Unit 208, that had sofa sleeper, was contacted day before check in and was told unit would not be ready was switched to 605 no sleeper, I asked for compensation for my inconvenience got no reply very disappointed. So much for common courtesy

Roomy with great amenities and attentive management

Great spot right on the water. This property has lots of stellar reviews and has earned every one of them. There's not much I can add to them, but I'll try. Great location on Okaloosa Island between Fort Walton Beach and Destin. The second floor was great as it got us up high enough to see the beach over the dunes, but not so high we complained about climbing stairs while on vacation, ha! The beach chairs and umbrella would cost $50/day but are included which is a great perk! Our teenage boys enjoyed the beach toys including the body boards. We had an issue with TV remotes and there was someone in our room addressing the issue within an hour of calling them. The washer and dryer are great additions to get the salt water out of our swimsuits before packing them back up and flying across the country. They also helped us pack a little lighter (well, some of us anyway...). Parking was a breeze as was checkout. We especially appreciated the 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. It was nice for our kids to have room to stretch out in their own bed. Our only recommendation is to sleep with the bedroom doors open to aid with airflow at night since there are no ceiling fans and the bedrooms got much warmer than the living room when we kept the doors closed.
