My 6 year old son and I had an amazing g vacation. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. We loved that the condo was on the same level as one of the pools. It was clean and mark answered all my questions. Great place and a great 7 day stay. The public beach on the bayside was gorgeous and easier there were no big waves.

Unit B222 is comfortable, clean and stocked with everything you will need. Will definitely stay here again. Mark, the owner, texted us and called to let us know the unit was ready early. Great First Experience!

We chose to spend our vacation here at Mark’s location at Waterscape and it went just as we’d hoped for. Everything went smoothly, and the condo was perfect for my family. Great condo and exactly as pictured. Access to the pool area from the patio was fantastic. We have stayed at Waterscape before so we knew what to expect. It's a big place but they have lots to do around the pool areas. If you don't need a huge condo, this one is great. The pull out mattress on the couch was perfect for my daughter. Would definitely stay again!

One bedroom with king bed, queen couch pull out bed and twin loveseat pull out bed. Simple and clean and great location. Washer and dryer were very nice. Take your own laundry soap and keep your clothes clean! Toys were available for us to use left by previous renters. Very happy. We will stay again.
