I stay here often and I never really know what I'm going to encounter. Sometimes it's empty. Sometimes there's a lot of construction workers and line men. Sometimes there's vacationing families. Sometimes there's entire low income families living long term on the property. Sometimes the pool is full of men. Sometimes the pool is completely empty. My biggest complaint would be that their rooms are hit or miss, they often reek of smoke even though you requested a smoke-free room. I've been in rooms where the door doesn't 100% latch. Access to electrical outlets are the worst. The one or two in the room are overloaded with a bunch of electrical cords-- that definitely doesn't look safe. The worst is there's no real place to plug/charge your phone bedside. Aside from that, the rooms could definitely use some refreshing and some updating.
I would stay again only due to the great price.
