Experience the perfect coastal retreat in this stunning second-floor condo at the Islander Beach Resort, unit 2012. This spacious three-bedroom home offers a direct, breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and immediate access to the pool and beach. Unlike the crowded shores of nearby Destin, this stretch of powder-white sand remains quiet and unspoiled, giving you plenty of space to relax in the sun with your included seasonal beach service of chairs and an umbrella.

The interior is designed for both style and comfort, featuring a modern kitchen equipped with granite countertops, the latest stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware needed for family meals. The layout comfortably sleeps eight guests and includes a master suite with a king bed, private bath, and direct balcony access. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third room is perfect for kids or extra guests with two twin beds. A pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area ensures there is plenty of room for everyone to unwind.

Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze from the comfort of your patio table and chairs. For your convenience, the unit is equipped with a private washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, cable TV, and fresh linens. This is a strictly non-smoking and pet-free property, professionally managed by a local team to ensure your vacation is clean, functional, and stress-free from the moment you arrive until the day you depart.

RESORT & AREA
Islander Beach Resort is located on the shores of Okaloosa Island. Each condo rental features a full kitchen stocked with all the cooking and dining ware you will need. A living room that adjoins the balcony provides views from within the condo, and flat-screen TVs are standard in every Sunset Resort Rentals unit. You can relax in the beds and private bathrooms, and each condo has a private washer and dryer inside for your convenience.

The property includes an 80-foot beachfront pool that is heated seasonally. Guests also have access to a fitness room, shuffleboard courts, and BBQ areas with picnic tables for outdoor meals.

There are several activities located nearby. Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park features dolphin and sea lion shows, and the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier is a location for fishing or walking. The Boardwalk serves as a hub for shopping and beachfront dining. Additional activities like deep sea fishing, jet ski rentals, and parasailing are available within minutes of the resort.

Parking: Free uncovered parking is provided for up to 3 vehicles with each reservation.

Food: For groceries, you're just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free. Dining options within a short distance - Stewby's Seafood Shanty is known for fresh seafood and their catch of the day, while Old Bay Steamer offers steamed seafood platters and steaks. The Shack is a waterfront spot for crabs and seafood plates, and Vincenzo's Italian Bistro features Italian cuisine and a bar area. Within walking distance, Beachview Breakfast and Grill and Asiago's Skillet are available for morning meals.

Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.

Pool: The large ocean-side gated pool at this resort is open year-round. The pool is heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉.

• Must be 25 yrs old to reserve and occupy this property.
• Completed and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 24 hours (via email)
• Vehicles are limited to passenger vehicles only. No RVs or Trailers
• No Smoking in unit or on balcony
• Check-In 4pm, Check-Out 10am
• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.

CANCELLATIONS:
DAILY / WEEKLY RENTALS
• Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund.
MONTHLY RENTALS (28 consecutive days or longer)
• Cancellations made at least 180 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will receive a 100% refund for the affected month(s).
• Cancellations made less than 180 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will forfeit the full required deposit for the affected month(s).
