We called FD she said she can't change a room or refund and there is no maintenance either so she came herself and gave us air freshener . Our bedside lights weren't working either, we called to fix it and remind them again next day than only they fixed it in the late afternoon on next day. « I booked here because there were several reviews on how clean this location was. I loved the size of the suite but there were a few issues. I can say that the staff was really nice but maybe not enough of them to really keep the property super clean. The breakfast buffet was nice but difficult for staff to maintain cleanliness of the buffet, tables, and trash while people were eating. « Overall, my stay was great. The only critiques I have are that if you get to breakfast at 6:30 depending on who’s serving it it can be a little late and the food is lukewarm and they have no microwave to heat it up. They are pretty good about staying on top of refilling things. The only other downside is there isn’t a huge amount of parking so if you get to the hotel later at night, all the parking spots are usually filled. The beds are firm, but I like a firm bed.
