Kokonut Hut, une maison de plage récemment rénovée, se trouve au cœur de Destin. La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à douze personnes et peut accueillir deux ou trois familles avec enfants. Il dispose de quatre chambres (trois chambres de maître king et une chambre avec lits jumeaux sur lit superposé complet avec un lit gigogne double) et trois salles de bains complètes. La maison est facilement accessible à pied à la plage, Whole Foods, Destin Commons, au cinéma, au bowling Uncle Buck et à de nombreux autres restaurants. Cette maison dispose d'un grand parking pour au moins cinq véhicules dans l'allée. Les bateaux, les jet-skis ou les remorques peuvent facilement être stockés dans l'allée. Ce pittoresque chalet de plage avec quatre chambres et trois salles de bains fera pour une escapade parfaite!

Vous pourrez cuisiner sur le gril à gaz de votre jardin ou profiter du soleil à côté de votre GRANDE PISCINE PRIVÉE CHAUFFÉE (13'X 26 ') (frais supplémentaires pour le chauffage de la piscine). We had a wonderful time here. The pool was a great plus for our family. I wish the check in was not so late at 4pm and check out early at 9am. Feels as if we loose time.normal check in is around 1 and out is around noon as well.

Awesome beach rental!
This house was clean, two blocks from the beach and had an awesome private pool that the whole family enjoyed! The extra pool room was a great place for the grandparents to sleep. We had six adults and three kids and were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive when we contacted them with questions.

The property is nice and pool works out perfect with heat for Spring Break. The only issue was a separated”mother-in-law suite”/ pool house which was a little inconvenient for 2 families.

Great fit for us!
This property was very clean. Perfect location for us. The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Some small things in the yard needed to be addressed with the fence needing repaired, but overall a great fit for our family. We would stay here again!

Great stay!
Home was white-glove clean upon arrival. Check in was seemless. Very cute and comfortable home. Kitchen has everything you need. Owners set you up with dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags and toiletries for a day but bring extras if you’re staying longer. We asked to have the pool heated and it was hot upon arrival and throughout our stay. Property is a short, easy walk to the beach, probably about 1/4 mile. Property is also very close to shopping and restaurants. Very convenient location. Neighborhood is great for walks, our dog loved it! We would definitely stay again. Owners were great to deal with and very responsive to any questions.

Amazing Place to Stay
We had such a great time. Very close 3 min walk to private Crystal Beach. House amenities were all up to par. The home was very clean and The outdoor shower was very convenient to rinse off after day at the beach. The swimming private pool was a nice touch at the end of every day. Host was very caring and fast to respond to all communication. I recommend this stay to all families.

Excellent Destin Get-away!
This rental was amazing! We stayed the last week in June and thoroughly enjoyed the house. We especially loved the backyard pool and the proximity to the beach. The house was clean, the backyard was private, and the pool was perfect for our family vacation. The renter was responsive and checked in on us after arrival. He even worked to provide recommendations for a golf cart rental that worked out perfectly. You can not go wrong with this vacation rental!

Works for a small group
Small size of the house worked great for our small group. I would recommend updating the pictures online to show off the new front porch (no longer screened in) and newer appliances in kitchen. The pool and yard space were great to have our dog and kids! The listing should also state that, from inside the house, the only way to access the backyard is through one of the bedrooms. Depending on who is in the group, this could be a bit of a hassle. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen and large newer refrigerator (ice maker doesn't work). The living room space could use more comfy space to sit, especially if the house is advertising it sleeps 12. The bunk room is full over full with a pull out full trundle. With all of that, the room is beyond packed, FYI. Knowing what we know now, we would still stay here again!

Very Comfortable and Very Pleasant Stay
I’d like to thank Phil and his wife for a beautiful first experience to Destin. The home was as pictured on VRBO. My family really enjoyed our stay and the property owners were responsive and very thoughtful during our visit. We found no issues with this beautiful property. Having access to the golf cart was a huge plus. We are still talking about our vacation and the added experience of the safe, clean property made it so much better. All of the instructions were provided and easy to follow. Any family would enjoy their experience and we highly recommend it for vacations. We will certainly reach out during our next visit to Destin! Many, many thanks!

We loved our stay at Crystal Beach!
House was the perfect location. We rented the golf cart, which I would highly recommend. It was a short 6 block ride to the beach. The beach is gorgeous and you will not be disappointed. We paid extra to have the pool heated and would also recommend that. We had some cooler days and the kids enjoyed the pool when we couldn't be at the beach.

We enjoyed our stay, but everyone felt the home needed some tlc and did not totally live up to the advertised home description and pictures posted. Coffee makers dirty, minimal towels available in the in-law suite, cheap (thin) toilet paper, torn porch screens and several of the wooden steps on the front and side entrances need to be replaced.

Me and my husband visit Destin for a week along with my Mom, my in-laws and my 2 teenage boys (total of 7) and it was lots of space at the rental property, all you need to be confortable in every area, the pool was great and walking distance to the beach. Philip our host was fast responding to our needs. We will definitely stay there again.

Phillip and his wife were super responsive to our needs. 6 adults and 2 children had plenty of space. The pool was amazing. House was clean with plenty of beach chairs and kitchen supplies. Made our wedding week memorable. Thank you so much one minor suggestion cut out the thorn weeds behind pool dogs and kids hit those playing. No real issues just a suggestion. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.
