Siesta Bay Beaches Galore & Cosy Casa

***MINIMUM AGE: 35+ years old***
ALL guests must complete the Siesta Bay park application with ONE pc of photo ID (one-time cost of $50 included in booking total) which gives you access to all park amenities.

Our cosy 1-bedroom (1 & 1/2 bathrooms) mobile home is located in Siesta Bay RV Park (age limit of 55+, but some renters 35+ will be accepted).

Siesta Bay Resort is an active “near beach” resort community, located off Summerlin Drive in Southwest Florida. The park is comprised of RV’s and manufactured homes, and caters to travellers and your families who like to be close to ... not 1, not 2, but 3 different beaches! ***all occupants must be listed on application as the park has a badge system so each person can use pool, hot-tub, gym, games, clubhouse amenities, etc.***

Our property is simple, comfortable and clean, offering a full kitchen and dining area, 1 bedroom and 1 separate room (TV room) with a pullout bed (to accommodate extra guests) - please note - this is also the TV room.

2 bathrooms make it possible for 2 couples to share this home, but it would be very cosy! Please note only one of these bathrooms contains full shower & sink, with the other offering toilet facilities.

Central Air/heat throughout.

Not permitted.

LAUNDRY:
Washer/Dryer in-house.
Coin operated laundromat at clubhouse near pool (for larger items).

Absolutely Wonderful Host!

We were actually upgraded from the property that we originally rented, and I was very thankful for that. The property had a much more private backyard. It was very clean. There was a nice sitting area out front and out back. Janet was an excellent hostess! She was very responsive to any messages we sent before and during our stay. She was willing to accommodate us in any way to make sure we were happy with our stay. They even purchased a blender before we arrived so we could enjoy our umbrella drinks at the pool! :-) I would definitely give them and the unit we stayed in a five-star rating. Thank you for everything, Janet!

Whenever I had a question, no matter how critical, I always had an answer within minutes of my text. She did a great job to let us know if someone was going to stop by so we would not be alarmed. This made our stay that much better, it was great but it put it over the top.
