Outdoor grilling area. we offer 100% refunds up to check in day. Super Fast internet can handle 56 devices at once all at high speed. Cleaned above CDC / W,H,O standards. Everything provided for the best family vacation ever. Fishing has been great off the dock. We have a heated pool / hot tub inside a screen inclosure connected to the house. Nice, bright, light and very clean. Short walk to the beach 400 ft just across Estero blvd, private access, to beach, Property has its own huge boat dock on canal bring your own boat, perfect for sunning. 12 minutes boat ride from dock to Gulf. One block to the grocery store very close to local Restaurants, and places to eat but with the full kitchen you don't have to eat out every meal. Marina, ship store, restaurants, beach, park and Estero Bay all close by. Your renting the whole first floor it’s Three bedrooms with 5 beds sleeps 6 and sleeps 7 with additional folding bed. it has 2 baths, and a large living room, dining area and sitting area, The kitchen is well-stocked with new cookware and a large laundry area with full size washer and dryer. There is also an enclosed screened pool enclosure that overlooks the canal and beautiful landscaping. Don't forget the gas grill, 2 new 55" TVs with cable, very fast internet, and all new dinnerware and hypoallergenic bedding. Newly painted and decorated. This location is quiet but central to all of the Fort Myers Beach action. The driveway has room for 3 cars. Store your beach gear and bikes in the enclosed garage. 3 bicycles are provided for your use and one new beach wagon for hauling cooler and chairs to beach That we also provide. Dogs are welcome on the beach on leash. Dogs are welcome in our home and in the pool with payment of 1 time Dog fee. (We're so sorry we can't accommodate cats due to allergies.) one of us David or Katie is usually staying upstairs From November through June we have our own private entrance and only use pool area when your at the beach or out for dinner. or we have friends staying, So we can correct any problems that will arise usually fast. And if we’re not around our maintenance man can be there soon. But with everything being new or replaced not much goes wrong anymore. While you are staying with us you are very welcome to have friends or family visit or stay with you. Or come and use the beach or the pool with you. for your safety there are outside security cameras. only for security no recordings are kept or shared. Noise monitoring system is on premises. The property passes a comprehensive safety check continuously. Pool toys, beach toys, bicycles, cooler, beach chairs. all provided for free. We have kayaks for rent.

Perfect, dog friendly vacation house.

David’s place was just right for me my husband and our golden-doodle and could have accommodated more guests.The house is on a peaceful canal, a very short walk to the beach and has a lovely pool and hot tub. Coffee and breakfast at the dockside table became a habit. The house and the yard were meticulously clean and well kept, and the kitchen was well equipped. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock and having the use of the bicycles was a bonus. David was a wonderful host very easy to talk with and very invested in us having a good time. Being only a block away from Publix also made life easier. We will be reserving again for next year.

Quick trip to Ft. Myers Beach

It was nice to get back to Ft. Myers beach. The house is spacious, clean, well appointed, and the pool and hot tub did not disappoint. The channel view is nice. Able to fish off the dock. The beach is just a 3 minute walk. Publix is also a very short walk which might be one of the best things about this location. The owner has bikes to ride which were a lot of fun and necessary at times on the island. The owners also live upstairs in a private suite and are able to help if anything is needed. They are wonderful people. Our family will be back. Just keep in mind the island is still recovering, but most things are open again.

Perfect for Family getaway

House was great for our infant and us. Definitely could have accommodated more family easily. Great communication with David before and during our stay. Access to beach was so easy and having Publix and Restaurants a street over was a lifesaver. Pool was great for days not on the beach. Can’t way to come back as the rest of FMB rebuilds.

Our favorite place!

This was a great place to stay to visit the beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast of Florida! We had more than enough room for our family of 6. Our hosts were very helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They had everything and more for us to use there. We were able to catch a few catfish right outside the house! Also, we took full advantage of their nice pool and hot tub every night. We walked right across the road to Fort Meyers beach with the beach wagon and chairs provided by David and Katie and even hauled them in our rental car to Lovers Key State Park beach, Marco Island, Sanibel Island and Captiva. We are already planning our next trip to come back and stay again!

Beach family vacation

David and Katie's place was fantastic! It has everything you want in a family vacation. The kids spent hours playing in the pool and hot tub. The beach is only a 5 min walk from the house. The bikes were great for exploring the island and checking everything out. We rented kayaks from David and Katie and launched them from their backyard in the canal. We saw dolphins multiple times kayaking in the bay. They are also located in the middle of the island, away from the hustle and bustle on the northern end of the island. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend.

Great location on Fort Meyers Beach

This unit has a terrific location right next to the beach and with great amenities including a pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, laundy and fishing dock. One of the better stocked VRBOs we've ever stayed in and David & Katie are always nearby and available if you should need anything. We had a great family vacation.

Great Family Getaway

Had a wonderful time! Very clean house with hosts that went above and beyond expectations. Despite the damage that remains from the hurricane, Fort Myers did not disappoint. Very little open on the island, but the drive inland was not a real issue for us as it might be for some. The Publix a short block away was a Godsend for even little things.

Wonderful Family Vacation!!!

We absolutely loved our stay!!! House was clean, location was excellent, pool was amazing, and the beach was peaceful! The icing on the cake was being able to share our vacation with our 2 dogs. We loved spending our mornings on the dock drinking our coffee before hitting the beach and then returning to the pool for the heat of the day. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the pool! We also enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphin swim up the canal. Fishing was also great right off the dock! This place definitely checked all our boxes!!!

Beautiful peaceful property

My Mom, our Yorki and I stayed for 11 days. It was quiet and absolutely beautiful. The property is close enough to restaurants and attractions for convenience and far enough away for peace and quiet. The pool is wonderful and so is the canal access and distance to the marina. It was a perfect getaway.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this place. It was clean, neat, efficient and very quiet. We really enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach was very easy (the cart provided with the chairs and umbrellas was a big +). The Publix is literally 1 block away which made it easy to get any thing we needed. Nice restaurants were also very close. We will definitely return again.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all this property has to offer! Highly recommend!

This property is in an excellent location - right on a canal with great access for fishing, boating, kayaking, and just a short walk to the beach. We used the beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler daily. We also enjoyed using the bikes and kayaks.. The pool was very clean and a perfect temperature. We loved using it daily, as well. Our family of 6 (kids ages 13, 17, 20 and 23) had plenty of room in the home and were very comfortable. Loved being 1 block from Publix too. The owner, David, was great at communicating and answering any questions and making recommendations for activities and dining in the area. We hope to stay again on a future trip!

5 adults, 1 eight year old, and a toddler had a great vacation! The pool is wonderful - they had a lot of pool toys and floats. Very short walk to the beach! My only criticism is that the beds were uncomfortable and noisy (creaks with slightest movement).

Perfect Location, Exceptional Hosts

Tropical paradise! We had an amazing time here. Such a beautiful home and surrounding area. Dave and Katie were perfect hosts. They were friendly and super helpful with any questions we had about the house or things to do. The location of this home is perfection. The house is located on a quiet street and it only took us a couple minutes to walk to the beach. The beach/fishing equipment provided was a super bonus! We enjoyed using the pool & hot tub overlooking the canal. We also enjoyed sitting on the dock watching manatees swim by. We will be booking in the future!!

Fort Meyers Beach house with Pool/dock on canal

My family had wonderful stay here! It was literally a 2min walk to the beach (just across the street) and a short walk to the Publix which was nice in case we needed to grab something quick, it was so close that it was faster to walk then drive. The pool and hot tub were great to have on those days when you maybe didn’t want to do a beach day, or coming back from the beach and have a quick swim. We brought our beloved doggie too and he had a great time as well. You can take dogs to the beach there so that was amazing for him. David and Katie were great and helpful hosts if we had any questions about the house or things to do around the area. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely place

It is a nice place with a pool on the canal, a short walk to the beach. But if you like your privacy, this is not the place for you. Multiple cameras aimed at the windows and pool. I understand needing security, but the cameras where aimed more at what the guests where doing.
