The location is perfect which is why I booked this place. It is very clean as well! The hot tub had issues staying full our entire trip. It would randomly get super low then randomly fill back up? Checking in was not good at all. The code we were given to the upstairs and downstairs unit was not working to the downstairs unit, we tried it on the upstairs unit door and it worked just fine. We tried multiple times but couldn’t access the downstairs unit. I called the number given to me if there were any issues, and since it’s a rental company I did not hear back until the next morning. We had family members who had to go stay at a hotel as there were not enough places to sleep (the basement has a bedroom and pull out couch) on our first night . When I messaged about the issues and how upset I was, I was told the owners would get back to me and they never did. It was really upsetting and put a damper on the first night of our trip. Other than the checking in and hot tub issue it is a really nice place and in a great location. We didn’t let those issues stop our fun- just wish they would have gotten back to me sooner or comped us for a room.
