Welcome to your beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat, a modern grey-and-blue beach house situated on the North End of the island. This home offers a consistent coastal theme throughout, featuring wood-look flooring and blue accent walls for a serene atmosphere.

Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen with sleek stainless-steel appliances, seamlessly flowing into a dining area that comfortably seats six.
Living Areas:
The main living room boasts a spacious couch and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxation.
A second common area provides a cozy spot for conversation or another hangout space, complete with a smaller couch, additional chairs, and a mounted flatscreen.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Suite: Located at the far end of the house, featuring a queen mattress, a large dresser, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The adjacent main bathroom includes a beautiful tiled walk-in shower and a large vanity.
Guest Bedrooms (2): Each features a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, sharing a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
Additional Sleeping: A queen sleeper sofa and a roll-away bed are available, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to nine people.

Noise Considerations: Even slight sounds between the '40 side's' den and bathroom can be heard from the '30 side's' master bathroom. For enhanced privacy, we recommend utilizing noise machines—one placed in the '40 side's' den and another in the '30 side's' master bathroom.
Separate Rentals: The two sides of this property rent separately.
Shared Spaces: The parking area and pool deck are shared spaces if both sides are occupied at the same time.
