The house itself and, location were fine. We chose the home because of the pool/hot tub, which upon arrival and our entire stay, did not work properly. Complained several times about the cleanliness or lack thereof, of the pool (dirty/cloudy) we were dismissed and told its fine, it had been cleaned, and the hot tub never worked. The pool people never showed, and when they finally did, they did not fix it but turned the bubbler on only. They also advised that the pool itself was missing rings around the jets in the pool, which was why it was not being cleaned, because it was not circulating the water the way it should have been. The management company was less than interested in resolving our issues. We own a pool, so we knew what we were telling them was accurate and warranted action, but none was taken. We were dismissed, and the pool remained dirty the whole stay, and the hot tub did not work. Came to find out from the pool people who showed up on our last day, the box was fried and needed a new one. We tried to tell the management company this, to no avail. Never turned on, never heated up, nothing. We told them this on day 1 of our check-in. They have many properties they manage, we saw while we were there. I hope they pay more attention to them and start paying more attention to the wants/inquiries of their paying customers. We paid a lot of money for our stay and were very unsatisfied with them as a whole. Lack of communication, care, and concern.
