Make the one-block beach walk your morning plan and your screened porch the place to finish the day. Island Paradise gives you two king bedrooms, a desk for a quiet catch-up and comfortable living-room seats.

The duplex apartment sleeps six with a queen sleeper sofa and has two full bathrooms. Enjoy a shared heated pool, shaded lanai, free community laundry and beach gear. Reach the pool through the backyard gate; it is not directly accessible from the apartment.

The Space:
Leave a little room between the beach walk and dinner for a slower porch evening. Island Paradise has a screened front porch with conversation seating and a dining table for four, so your outdoor time does not have to end when you leave the sand.

Inside the 1,000-square-foot duplex apartment, two king bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa accommodate up to six guests. The primary bedroom has a desk and walk-in closet, while the open living area gives the group a place to regroup between outings.

Beach Access #23 is about one block away. When you return, enter through the backyard gate to use the shared heated pool and shaded lanai. The pool, grill, laundry and common areas are shared with the neighboring apartment and are not directly reached from inside your unit.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The primary bedroom has a king memory-foam bed, room-darkening coverings, Smart TV, a writing desk and a walk-in closet. Its ensuite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has another king memory-foam bed, Smart TV, room-darkening window coverings and storage. The second full bathroom is reached from the common areas.

A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds sleeping space for two guests. This is a common-area bed rather than a third bedroom. The maximum capacity is six.

BATHROOMS & FAMILY EXTRAS
Both full bathrooms have updated finishes and walk-in showers. Towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided.

A Pack ’n Play travel crib and high chair are available. The shared pool has a shallow wading platform, but children should be supervised around the water and outdoor shared spaces.

KITCHEN & LIVING
Make breakfast at the large kitchen island or put together a meal to enjoy later on the porch. The equipped kitchen has appliances, cookware and dishes for everyday cooking.

The adjoining living room has a Smart TV, comfortable seats and the queen sleeper sofa. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available, and the bedroom desk gives one guest a quieter place to catch up on work or plan an outing.

PORCH EVENINGS
The screened front porch is private to your apartment, with conversation seating and a dining table for four. Bring a coffee outside or choose a slower meal after the day’s beach walk.

SHARED POOL & COVERED LANAI
Use the backyard gate to reach the shared heated pool. Loungers, a shallow wading platform and the shaded lanai add places to swim, sit or eat outside. The pool is not directly accessible from the apartment. The grill, laundry and common areas are shared too.

BEACH GEAR & ARRIVAL
Shared beach chairs, a wagon and cooler are supplied. The lower-level community laundry is free, and a propane grill is available for outdoor meals. On-site driveway parking is provided. Exterior stairs lead to the entrance.

Take the short walk back from the beach, find your porch seat and let the last part of the day be the quietest.

Guest Access:
You have private use of the duplex apartment, its two king bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living area with queen sleeper sofa and screened front porch. Exterior stairs lead to the entrance.

The heated backyard pool, covered lanai, grill, lower-level laundry, beach gear and common areas are shared with the neighboring apartment. Community laundry is free. Enter through the backyard gate to reach the pool; there is no direct indoor route from the apartment. Driveway parking is provided.

The Neighborhood:
Island Paradise sits on a residential dead-end street off Estero Boulevard, with the nature preserve at the end of the road. Beach Access #23 is about a five-minute walk away, with restaurants and other island stops nearby.

Plan a morning on the sand or an outing toward Times Square, then return to your screened porch when a quieter evening sounds right.

Getting Around:
Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily.

November 20 -April. 15 tram comes by approximately every 30 minutes depending on traffic

Other Things to Note:
The pool, grill, laundry and common areas are shared with the neighboring apartment. Reach the pool through the backyard gate. Exterior stairs lead to the entrance.

Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. Only registered guests may use the premises. The responsible renter must be at least 25 and be present at check-in and throughout the stay.
