Walk right out to the beach from your private patio; only 20 steps( each villa has a separate pool/hot tub/ and entrance--(no sharing here) which has a private pool/spa/outdoor shower and BBQ area. Enjoy the picturesque sunsets, the calm beach waters and sounds of the waves and ocean. Watch dolphins play, collect seashells in abundance, revive the mind, body and soul. PET Friendly

The white powder sand was so incredible! You can walk straight to the waves without flip flops. We got there late and when we looked out to the gulf, it looked like snow. There were many beach accessories to use conveniently stored in the garage. The elevator helped a lot. Plenty of linens/towels. Several excellent restaurants close by (enjoyed the Whale, Lighthouse Tiki Bar & Grill, Pinchers & Cooper's Tavern), we didn't use the trolly but saw it frequently, lots of sidewalks to get around and visit the area (like the Mound House). The area is still rebuilding and doing a great job. Margaritaville was hopping- we got a massage there & with the wrist band we could use the massive pool for the day (we didn't b/c the house had a pool but a nice bonus) & we had breakfast there. We saw a comedy play at the Arcade Theatre & took the Murder Mystery Dinner Train (was a 4 hour ride- pretty good food there too)

The property was as described. We mostly chilled by the pool, enjoy the hot tub and just generally relaxed.The elevator was a must.Issues came up and we contacted Mike And Sherri and they were immediately responsive.

This is our 2nd time staying at this home! We love everything about it! The ease to walk onto what feels like your private beach is truly priceless. We like to stay mid island so you are Just minutes from downtown (which has started to rebuild) but not in the middle of the business of lani kai and margaritaville. The house is fully equipped, even with pack and plays and high chair for the littles! Already missing our home away from home and can't wait to book again!

Outstanding property that has it all

Amazing property at all three levels. From the game area and garage with pool hitting and immediate beach access to living and bedrooms each with their own bathroom. All clean and remodeled. Ready do an amazing stay.

Beautiful home, unbeatable view. Being able to walk out the door and be on the beach was truly awesome! The kids really loved the pool table and ping pong table, which we used a lot. All the amenities on hand made for a perfect turnkey beach vacation. I especially appreciated the quality of everything.

Luxurious and fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay at FMB! The view and beach were breathtaking and the home well appointed and high end. The pool ended up being an important amenity as it was windy and cool for three of our days and we used the pool often. The owner was responsive. We had a couple of minor issues but it turned out to mostly be us not knowing about the operation. They also quickly sent maintenance to handle the other issues. Beds were comfortable, living room spacious and the men loved the 85 inch TV! The pictures don't do it justice. The main drag has construction and backed up daily, but we worked around it. It was good to see FMB coming back to life!!!

Perfect beach getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay! You can't be the location, steps from the sand! The owner was extremely communicative any time something came up. The house is equipped with pretty much anything you need! Having the pool table and ping pong table was a big bonus. We will be back!

Fantastic House On The Beach

This house is by far the best beach house we have stayed in. It is huge. It has an elevator that goes to all 3 floors. The basement has a pool table and ping pong table for those rainy times. We had a couple of issues during a crazy storm where it was raining sideways. The issues were taken care of quickly by the owner. Michael, the owner, was very quick to take care of any questions or issues we had. The house is right on the beach and has its own pool and hot tub. The house sits in a very private area of the beach. Do not hesitate to rent this gem of a beach house.

Great gulf-front home with pool and direct beach access

This house was great for our family (6 adults and 1 infant). The rooms are large and the views fantastic! There are lots of pool and beach toys / chairs / etc. available, making it quite easy to enjoy the amenities. Walking on the beach during low tide was particularly fascinating! And, the house is close to many restaurants and stores.

The most AMAZING Family Beach Vacation! 🏝️🐬❤️

Our family had the most AMAZING beach vacation staying in this beautiful home! This was our first time visiting Fort Myers Beach and we were not disappointed! We loved every aspect of this house; the close location to the beach was unreal! We appreciated its proximity to the airport, grocery store, restaurants and night life. The amenities were the best of any beach house we have ever stayed in! No need to worry about anything! Just show up and let the relaxation begin. It was the perfect beach vacation for our entire family. We can’t wait to return! Thanks Mike and Sherri for creating such an amazing place for families to make memories that will last a lifetime!

Location of the property was perfect and was the right size for our 6 adults and 2 children. The issue which we had to deal with was the fact that upon our arrival the roof of the house was under construction to replace tiles. The swimming pool was covered with a tarp that was full of dirty water and rocks. The construction was scheduled to last during our whole stay causing us not to be able to use the pool and causing a hazard for my family with falling debris. My sons and I convinced the workers that they were not able to work with us in the house when they returned . Many attempts were made to contact the owner by both us, the workers' boss, and vrbo. The owner finally called us the next afternoon and said he was unaware of the scheduled construction. Once the construction workers were gone and the pool was usable, we had a great family celebration.
