The house was perfect for a family beach vacation for our adult kids and their friends/significant others. Great location, plenty of space, nice pool, easy walk to beach, shopping, and eating out. We especially loved all the beach chairs and beach wagons! It was so convenient to rent bikes and a golf cart next door, too. Thank you for making our beach vacation so memorable!

Great location and walkable to area restaurants and bars. The most stocked and well laid out rental we have ever had. Lots of beach supplies and just across the street from the beach. Great communication with David and he is very accommodating.

We had a group of 10 family and friends and had plenty of room with some to spare! David and his wife were so welcoming and helpful at check in. The house was amazing with a great view of the beach and gulf. Our teens loved walking to the Sunset Square each evening for shopping and ice cream! We would love to come back! Thank you.

This was a great house, was a great fit for our family. The house was stocked very well with a lot of things most vacation rentals don’t have, like tons of beach towels, beach chairs, wagons and toys. Kitchen was stocked with spices and plenty of dishes and utensils. Each bathroom had hand soap and toilet paper which was very nice. The house is also a great location to most things.

This house was perfect. We had 8 guests on our vacation. More than enough room for all of us to spread out throughout the 3 floors. The house was amazing. Perfect location! Walking distance to coffee, ice cream, restaurants and shopping and right across the road from the beach. The beach was beautiful! Sand was white and the water was warm. We will definitely be interested in coming back.

Fantastic house that comfortably accommodated our family of nine. More amenities than any other rental we ever had. Great game room and pool PLUS an elevator for us "older" folks. Host Dave quickly responded to any questions we had. Will stay there again. We rate it 10

House was great and had all amenities needed. Loved mornings on the porch drinking coffee and the afternoons in the pool. It was in a great location close to all bars and restaurants with a great view of the ocean.

The host is very responsive. The house is very clean and updated. A dozen beech chairs, 3 wagons, kids toys, 3 umbrellas, variuos sized coolers, lots of beech towels were great. Pool is awesome. Very nice game room

What a great vacation we had at David’s home. Everything was as advertised (awesome) and David was a super host! His attention to details and having everything needed for a beach stay made our large family vacation one to remember. Definitely will return.

Great stay for the week. House has everything you need for adults and kids, right accross the street from the beach, short walk to downtown, great pool, rec room, TVs throughout. Can't say enough great things. Property owner was great to communicate with for any questions.Highly recommend With work/communiate
