From the moment you arrive, the home makes a statement. A circular driveway and one private garage provides convenient parking for up to four vehicles. Inside, you're welcomed by a grand foyer with soaring ceilings and a cozy sitting area, setting the tone for the sophisticated design found throughout the home. Straight ahead, a door leads to the spacious pool deck that invites you to unwind in true Florida fashion. The heated pool is surrounded by plush loungers, cushioned seating, and a sectional sofa. The deck also features a built-in propane grill and an outdoor refrigerator, making it ideal for entertaining.To the side, an outdoor shower offers a convenient way to rinse off after a swim or a day on the sand, just steps from direct beach access.

The main living area is located on the second floor, which can be accessed by stairs or the private elevator. At the rear of the home lies the primary bedroom, a true sanctuary featuring a king-sized bed, a desk for remote professionals, a spacious walk-in closet, a wall mounted 55" TV, and direct access to the furnished balcony overlooking the Gulf. The primary ensuite bathroom is spa-inspired, boasting a soaking tub, large walk-in shower, double-sink vanity, and a private water closet complete with a bidet.

The heart of the home is the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, which offers a seamless flow between relaxation and entertainment. large windows and sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light and frame stunning views of the beach.
