Let me preface this review first with the premise that I was a FMB resident for 4 years, my family and I travel extensively, and this is the first adverse review I’ve ever wrote. The good: the house is spacious, located perfectly, within walking distance to a great stretch of FMB away from all of the “action”. The pool was great for taking breaks the sun. If you have a family, the bulk of the rooms are on the third floor, which is good for quiet.The bad: We are local and have 5 kids. During the day their friends would come out. Throughout our stay I constantly harrased by the management company for the amount of cars at the residence. At the most there were a total of 5, 2 over max. The rep told me it was neighbors, maybe the owner, and kept repeating the “city ordinance”. This occurred all day, everyday. The dishwasher and grill were inoperable. When telling them they replied with “do you want me to put in a work order”. They remained broken despite multiple visits. I felt like I was subcontracting a renovation, not on vacation. The ring camera came on manually when my wife was on the porch after a workout. I found that highly peculiar. I have 4 daughters and their friends were there. I remember when FMB had an issue with a renter and hidden cameras in the past and it routinely crossed my mind if there were any being as though I was being told non stop that there were too many cars. Peaceful Harmony

We had a wonderful week enjoying this beautiful home. It was plenty spacious for our family of 7. The canal was an added plus for us, since we brought our paddle boards. Modern and up to date. Having two sets of washer and dryers made the week a breeze for doing laundry. Plenty of beach supplies plus towels. Location was great. Simple to go into Bonita Springs for dinner. Far enough away from the Fort Meyer’s traffic. Walk to beach also easy. Publix right down the street. We would definitely enjoy coming back to this house again. Thank you for sharing your home!!!

Beautiful home

This house is amazing! Our family had a wonderful stay. We loved the basement, pool, and hot tub. The canal was awesome. We brought paddle boards and paddled and fished right off the nice dock/deck. The home had almost everything in the kitchen that we needed- thank goodness bc we ate in all week. Traffic to get down town was terrible (1hour and 20 minutes to get to Walmart 5 miles away). Just be aware. The beach access was a little farther than expected but I think that had to do with construction across the street. This home is on the expensive side for sure, but we loved it.

Loved Catch and Relax

My family of four and my brother's family of six all stayed comfortably in this beautiful, spacious, and clean home. The photos are very accurate. The beach is a short walk down the street and across the road. The outdoor space at the house with pool and hot tub is lovely. It was stocked with pool toys, beach chairs, and cooler. The downtown area is a little farther away, and the only issue we had all week was with traffic. Around 4pm the road leading into town would back up. There is a trolley system, which is great, but one day we hopped off the trolley to walk because it was faster. Many places have opened back up, but there are still lots of places closed from the hurricane as of this review.

Awesome home and location!!!

What a great home and location. We had a fantastic week with 10 people. The home was everything we were looking for. The location is near the beach, stores and night life. We will, be back next year!!!

Beautiful house

Wonderful house. Love the Pool, grill, etc. Bathrooms for everyone is nice. Only issue we had was intermittent internet the entire trip- constantly dropping while trying to work and TVs in certain rooms had issues connecting at all. Was an issue more for the grandparents but overall still an awesome house! Would highly recommend!! Location is amazing as well.

Fort Meyers Beach

We arrived at the house to see a new house being built right next door. I wish someone would have mentioned that before we arrived. The owner was gracious enough to compensate us with a lower rate because of the construction. The property was awesome. The house is clean and comfortable. The pool and spa are well maintained and easy to heat. Two refrigerators worked well for the family meals and drinks. The grill works great and is kept clean. The beach was not what I expected. The beach sand was not maintained in that area and had a pungent algae smell from the water. Other than that, the vacation was fantastic.

Beautiful home during "hurricane" Elsa

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home to celebrate my parents 40th wedding anniversary. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom which is a total game changer! It was so nice for everyone to have their own space but also have a ton of communal space to hang out and play games. The house is absolutely stunning! We loved the game room and the pool. The beach is just a short walk away and a convenient 7/11 right down the street. We were worried about hurricane Elsa, but we got lucky! Just a couple rainy days which made the game room come in handy (HIGHLY recommend an air hockey tournament!). We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate and reconnect after a year of chaos. I am a little bummed to see the price of this home go up as much as it did though since we booked it! It was such a wonderful stay.

Amazing trip - house was perfect!

We were a group of 8 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 4 teens) and this house could NOT have been more perfect. It was such a quick walk to the beach which was beautiful - we went everyday and then back again for sunset. Super convenient to have the 7-11 at the end of the street and the Publix & CVS not far away. The pool was great. We rented a boat for the week and tied up right to the back dock. The kitchen was really well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, etc - there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 beach carts and a small cooler. I honestly cannot think of any improvements. The manager was wonderful to work with - very responsive and helpful. We would 100% come back and stay again.

Big blue house

Very spacious home to entertain a large family. An easy walk to the beach. A 7/11 is located at the top of the street, which was handy if we needed a quick item. Several suggestions I like to comment about: I think it would be nice to know when someone is coming on the property in advance. We were all sitting by the pool and the pool cleaners just walked through the gate. It was uncomfortable because were out in our bathing suits. I would also encourage to stock more bath towels and wash clothes. We washed towels most nights. I also did not call to ask for more & I should. The pool/dock area is nice. For safety reasons, there should be a protected gate across the dock area to block anyone from falling into the canal. We were very cautious with our children when outside, yet a major concern.

This property was very accommodating, all rooms and space listed in the property were all accurate. We were a family group of 10 and there was plenty of space in the house for us. Location to the beach was a block away. If I have to pick a could've been better for the house was that there was not bathroom on the first floor so you always have to go up one level to use the restroom. Besides that everything was perfect, do go ready to do a lot of stairs since the house is 3 floors, we were a bit sore for days 🙃

The house was beautiful, very clean. Down the street from the beach. The pool was very nice and the hot tub heats up very quickly. We had no issues while staying here, and the property manager Linda, was very responsive. They do have an elevator so its perfect to help you take up groceries and luggage up to the rooms and living spaces. I am definitely going to stay here again

Perfect Getaway

We live in Miami and wanted to do something special for my husbands 50th birthday. Our closest friends decided to rent out with us. It is a beautiful property no real complaints . The age range was from 50-62 so the stairs eventually became an issue and the fact that the main floor (game room area) would be perfect if it had a sink and bathroom so that you do not have to walk into the house with a wet bathing suit up to the second floor . Other than that I would say the perfect stay...and someone available at all times to answer all questions. The property does have an elevator so maybe make it available to guests in the future .

We loved this house!

We stayed here with a large group of girls and we had an absolute BLAST! The house fit everyone perfectly and comfortably :) having 5.5 bathrooms in the house definitely made getting ready with such a large group so much easier! Cannot say enough great things about this property.
