**Make sure to view all pictures and the newly uploaded video of the property** Please come and Enjoy this Amazing Beach House on Fort Myers Beach (AKA Estero Island)!!! It has so many special and unique features to mention... Enjoy the front and rear decks and take pictures with the one of a kind 30 Foot hand carved TIKI Statue. Spacious Beach House on a 1/4 Acre Corner Lot. The backyard is completely fenced in for extra privacy, Our SALTWATER POOL is Heated, and we also have an 8-person Hot Tub. We have Outdoor Bluetooth Speakers, Charcoal Grill, Propane Grill, LOTS of outdoor seating/loungers, Screened in Patio, and much more! This Beach House is All Decked-Out with wood decks that span the entire width of the front and back of the house and is furnished with some awesome Adirondack Patio Furniture for outdoor dining and lounging/relaxing.

This Beach House is conveniently located on the northern end of the island which is the heart of the island. It's close to all of the action of Times Square, yet within a nice residential neighborhood nestled between the white sandy beaches to the front and the Matanzas Preserve and Waterway to the back. The white sugary-sand beach is less than 1 block away. This beach has been voted one of the top 10 beaches for several years in a row. Here you can go swimming, rent jet-skis, parasail, search for seashells, or watch the dolphins swim across the shore. The Matanzas Preserve with access to the Bay, 54 acres of nature trails, a mooring dock, and an overlook pier are less than a block away behind the house. There are several restaurants within walking distance, including the Pancake House which is Amazing for Breakfast, and they serve great Lunch too! The Fort Myers Beach Library is also located less than a block away!

UPSTAIRS there are (2) Bedrooms, (2) Bathrooms, and a Queen Sleeper, a full-size Kitchen, and Laundry Room. DOWNSTAIRS there are (3) Bedroom and (2) Bathrooms, a 2nd full-size Kitchen, a Pool Table, and (2) Arcade Machines.

This property has (2) Full-Size kitchens with all new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and all of the cookware, flatware, dinnerware that you would expect in your own home.

The upstairs living room has a 75in SMART TV with a Surround Sound Bar, and a Blue-ray player with Netflix/Pandora/YouTube and 200 other apps for downloading and streaming music/movie/games. Great location and bedroom layout for our family of 13! The two kitchens were wonderful to have. Very short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the free Tran (tips are welcome!). Host was very responsive as we had no internet when we arrived. Willy had the internet service out to fix the cable. We will definitely book another stay when back in the area!

Place was perfect for our large family. Loved having a Kitchen upstairs and downstairs. Pool and Hot Tub were perfect with fantastic lighting and Bluetooth outdoor speakers. Golf cart is a must and was perfect for getting around town and hauling folks to the beach right up the road. Worth the extra expense.

A 5 minute walk to a more remote section of the beach, a nice pool and hot tub, and plenty of room for our party of 9. Host Willy was very responsive to a couple minor issues we had early on. We also rented the golf cart which every one enjoyed.

Perfect location

Our family went to get out of the cold weather in PA and enjoyed our trip. The owner had quick responses and the home met all our needs. My son loved having the basketball court close by, the playground was great for the kids, and the beach was right there. Enjoyed being so close to the beach that we could easily go back and forth. We rented it all. We got the van, golf cart and house. All was easy to work with.

A quick 5min walk to the beach. Highly suggest The golf cart rental, was a big hit with the kids. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub can’t be heated at the same time so the pool wasn’t utilized. Bit of a pain the hot tub can only be turned on by messaging host. Outside of that it’s a great location. Lots of space and privacy with the 2 floors. FYI Pool table is the downstairs kitchen table

Christmas Fam Trip

Willy was very easy to reach with questions we had about the property. The listing is accurate on bedrooms & bath count and amenities that were advertised. Easy walk to the beach and access to the Ft Myers Trolly. The area & part of this property are still recovering from the several hurricanes that came through the area. Fantastic experience!

We were here as a party of ten women to celebrate the retirements of two people in our group. The host was excellent in his communication with us before the trip as well as while we were there. Two devastating hurricanes took place in this area a short time before our arrival in Fort Myers, and the house had been flooded with four feet of water. This was only one month before our visit, and we arrived with the house and property in excellent condition! The host met us upon our arrival to welcome us and share all needed information. The house had plenty of room for the ten of us to sleep, eat, relax, and visit comfortably, both indoors and outdoors. The beach was less than a 10-minute walk from our house and even though some places were closed or limited in their services due to the recent hurricanes, we still found plenty to do and see during our five-day stay! We rented cars to get to some places but many of those locations were also within a half-hour walk. We had no regrets and would not hesitate to visit again!

Great Home for Big Family

This home was roomy for our large group. Three families of 5 plus grandma and grandpa and we ate meals there, played games, and hung out at the beach which is one block away. We rented a golf cart which was great for getting us to the beach. The pool and hot tub are very nice and we made good use of the pool table and the arcade machine. A big thank you to Mr.Rodriguez for being very responsive to our needs.

Fort Myers Beach during Debby

We had a great time at this property. The patio and pool were utilized daily. Plenty of room for everyone in our family and walking distance to the beach. Close to Moms Restaurant for delicious cinnamon rolls and biscuits and gravy on the return morning beach walk. Being from out of town during tropical storm Debby, we were a bit nervous, but we had great communication with Willy and he reassured us we were going to be fine. We would rent this house again.

Spring Training Trip

I stayed here with a group of guys. The house was plenty big, clean, and in a great location. First time in Fort Myers Beach and definitely got a first hand view of the devastation of Hurricane Ian from a year and a half ago. Downtown Fort Myers beach is back up and going strong while other businesses are still operating out of food trucks/stands. Enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and hot tub (though you need to text or call the owner to turn the hot tub on when you want to use it). The downstairs seems to be recently remodeled and very nice. All in all, a great stay and would go back again.

Highly recommend

Great experience. Location is a mile from Time Square. The beach was basically across Estero. Hot tub was awesome. Pool was cold. But the nights had been cold the previous weeks. Couple of adults couldn’t stop playing the provided arcade game. Had all our childhood favorites.

Can’t beat location and beautiful renovation

This is a perfect house to rent for a large group. Lots of sleeping space, and indoor/outdoor areas to hang out, eat, play games, and swim in the pool or hot tub. The pool table and arcade in the basement were awesome additions, plus the lower and upper kitchens made it easy for the kids and adults to hang out with snacks and beverages. The inside has been recently redone, and looks great, and the deck and pool furniture made it easy to sit in the sun and relax. The beach is a very quick walk away, and the home included chairs and a wagon to take to the beach as well. The owner was responsive to any questions we had on running the hot tub as well. Great family vacation!
