'The place is decent for the price.'

'This is a decent motel. I was traveling with my daughter and I felt safe and comfortable. It was convenient to where we needed to be and it was affordable and clean. I would stay there again if I needed simple accommodations in the area. If you are looking for something fancy, certainly, don’t book a motel in the first place. But if you need a comfortable bed and a clean room without any luxurious extras, this fits the bill.'

'The rooms need to be completely refurbished. Bedshirts, drapes, carpet, etc. appear old and do not match. Coffee maker and hair dryer also need replacing. Both were very old models.'

'The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room.'

'During our stay at this hotel, cash was stolen from our room while we were at breakfast. We always make sure to close and secure the door, so this was extremely alarming. When we reported the incident, the manager suggested that we must not have closed the door properly, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. They also implied that “not enough time had passed” for a theft to occur — an assumption that did nothing to address the seriousness of the situation. We asked for the key‑log records for...

We arrived to what felt a bit unsafe - 24/7 surveillance signs which included large disclosures about the property not being liable for car break in's, long term stay guests sitting in "look out" positions outside rooms in walk ways outdoors & beyond dirty bathroom. The back of the bathroom door was filthy, brown stain dripping down the door with many small black hairs & what appeared to be poop...also the mold was everywhere even around the...

'While staying there for 6 nights we had a excellent experience. The staff working there were exceptional. During our stay my daughter lost her phone thinking in the pool area. The staff worked hard with me until the phone was found. I thank you again so very much ❤️'
