'Khai was welcoming and pleasant on check-in and Jasmine was equally as sweet on check out. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and although we didn’t eat breakfast, it smelled delicious and our coffee was great! Definitely recommend'

'Good luck trying to get your money back or either change your booking to a different day whenever you book for the wrong date. It’s always an issue with this hotel that will cause you not to get a good sleep. The manager is very arrogant and rude when speaking to your booking agent.'

'Can’t close the bathroom without struggling. The floors are curved (bulged/not level) tip down between bed and entertainment where refrigerator and microwave are. The walk way between them are very narrow. I fear for future guests where they can get hurt if the entertainment falls on them'

'The hotel was very old.. the staff had nasty attitudes.. especially the women. They kept my deposit because of a very small stain on the sheets that was more than likely there before me. Please save your money and gone done where else'

'Room did not have cups/glasses, coffee, adequate towels, tv did not work initially, roach on the counter. Sep 14 there was a loud fight - lots of shouting - in the hallway around 2:00am and banging noises in the room near me, was afraid to leave in the morning. Stairwell doors were all propped open - seems like a fire code violation. Was afraid the elevator would stop working due to the loud noises it made. No sign on the building indicating it was a Travelodge. '

'I checked in and my room had roaches, front desk Carlos was very nice and had accommodated me with another room but unfortunately that room had roaches and bed bugs, hallway smelled like cigarettes and property was un sanitary. Will not book this property again. Glad I was able to get a refund.'
