Our unit is on the 14th floor. It is right below the penthouse floor. The view of the ocean is amazing.

The unit is right in the middle of the building facing east and nothing obstructs your view of the ocean.

620 sqft . Oceanfront with one king bed. Balcony, fully equipped kitchenette. Large luxurious marble bathroom, 42' flat screen HDTV, in room safe, Bose CD player, bathrobe, lush pillowtop bed, down comforters and pillows, imported 300 thread count linens by frette, large desk.

The room was very clean and had good amenities included. The location and view were unbeatable! The bar staff at the pool and inside bar were all very personable and attentive. Check in was flawless and the person working was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

This rental is AMAZING! The view alone sold it for me and having a private balcony to sit on was the icing on the cake. I spent every morning and night on it looking at the ocean and relaxing to the sound of the waves. Unit is very clean, very spacious and bed is extremely comfortable. Having a big bathroom and kitchenette was really nice. Hosts Mary & Gus are very communicative and respond fast. Very nice people and I will definitely be making this my go-to rental when in Fort Lauderdale! Pricing is very reasonable and staff at the Atlantic is helpful. Also, can’t beat the pool they have with the outdoor seating over looking the ocean. A!! All pics minus the pool are all from the rooms balcony. True Paradise!!

Great location very nice hotel not happy with the non-disclosure of the hundred dollar a day incidental charge use it or not also 55 a day valet. My biggest concern was the bed was super hard and the pillows were super soft and we did call for extra because they were so mushy and little and there are no fans in the space in the bathroom or the bedroom very well stocked kitchen excellent balcony overall very good, but would definitely change the mattress on the bed. We were very sore for three days and we sleep on far so it was surprising but nice unit nice people at the hotel would go back except for the incidental

5 stars, no issues, solid communication. This condo/hotel style room was perfect. Wonderful views from the balcony on the 14th floor. The location within the Atlantic is extremely convenient, be aware the resort fee covers several little niceties and everywhere around there has resort fees (they clearly communicated these fees). We ended up eating at the restaurant several times, it was convenient and the food was very good (we don’t normally do hotel restaurants). Great experience hope to return one day.

Great Oceanside escape
