The Perfect Getaway Location!

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Lauderdale by the Beach! The accommodations were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect—within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We felt well taken care of by our incredible host, who made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot and we look forward to booking again in the future!

Roomy Home in a Great Location

Villa Granada 34 was lovely and spacious. Lots of amenities such as beach towels, chairs, etc were included. Starter products such as TP, soap, shampoo were sufficient. Check-in and check-out were simple. We had no issues that required us to contact management but they did check in to make sure everything was ok. Best of all was the location of the property. An easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and Publix. We were able to leave the car in the on-site parking and walk everywhere. We will definitely plan on coming back.

Great Family Trip

We had such a wonderful time. We have 4 kids (14,15,17,18) and this place was perfect! Walking distance to great food and shopping. We were within an 8 minutes walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

FUN IN THE SUN

My husband and I have been coming to LAUDERDALE by the Sea for 30 years. We used to have a place to stay owned by the company where he worked. It was sold so now we have been renting using VRBO. THEY ARE GREAT, SO HELPFUL, AND WHEN WE HAD QUESTIONS SOMEONE CAME TO’ US TO HELP!! I can not say enough GOOD THINGS!! We stayed two weeks and part of our family came for 5 days. We all had a great time walking to the beach, restaurants, or just hanging out at the pool!!!

Thanksgiving Family Getaway

This house was fantastic! Each family had their own personal bedroom and bathroom with a balcony. The kitchen and living area were very spacious. It is on a quiet street just one block away from shops, basketball/tennis courts and four blocks from the beach. The private, backyard pool was just icing on the cake!

Great location!

This property was very close to the beach and restaurants. It also had lots of towels, beach towels and soap/detergent. However, I wish that I would have taken the previous reviews about seating into consideration. The living room only has a couch that seats 4 people, while the house sleeps 8 people. There is a dining table between the kitchen and living area, but dining room chairs are not very comfortable for watching movies.

Wonderful home!

This rental was perfect for our group of three adult couples. The bedrooms allowed for privacy on the second and third floor while the ground flood provided a great space for cooking and gathering when it rained. The pool and yard were great! Everything was very clean and communication with management was easy and quick! The house is on a quiet street but walking distance to restaurants, stores, shops and the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Inaccurate property description

Overall property was spacious and clean. The website showed a black leather L shaped couch, ottoman and rug. That was not the case. There was a small beige L shaped couch with a very low back. It was not comfortable at all. There were only 5 of us and there was not enough seating for us to sit in living room. We used dining room chairs until we brought down another very uncomfortable futon from the master bedroom. I reached out to management company to say the website showed different pics and was told owner threw them out due to wear and tear. I feel the owner and management company showed an inaccurate description of property. The home needed many improvements. Also, pool is an extra $35.00 if you want it heated.

Great location

We had a great time. We enjoyed being walking distance to the beach and Lauderdale by the sea. We swam a ton. The building is concrete so the nearby restaurants at night can be heard outside but you can't hear it inside. It was nice having a garage and a spot on the driveway and not having to worry about parking. The inside and pool were clean. We appreciated having the grill. There's not a lot of seating inside or on the balcony. There are only the kitchen chairs, a couch and a love seat in one bedroom. Thanks for a great place!

COVID-19 getaway

We took 8 days from the COVID-19 worries, to just relax. Loved our private pool and easy walk to the beach. Loved all the outdoor dining walking distance. Plenty of room at the house and very equipped with anything you might need. Had a great time.

This was a beautiful unit to stay in and everything is very close within walking distance, Publix, Beach etc. I would have liked for the bathroom windows to have had more coverage a little to revealing for my liking but overall the stay was just right.
