'I had a reservation on 17-sept till 28 sept and allready paid online. When we were there at hotel maharaja the hotel is not the same like from the pics from hotel.com. Nobody from reception was there. Had to wait 2hours for manager to come. Manager didnt know about our stay. We shower our ID and reservation papers and still he didnt want to give us a room. He Said that my visa from my pasport was not valid this is insane because me and my fiance have valid ID. When i told him that im going to...

'Overall great experience, staff is cooperative and professional. Room was clean and tidy, housekeeping staff was very professional. Breakfast was good too but needs to add the variety in breakfast. Must recommended to stay. '

'Rooms are awesome with courteous staff . There is a negative point is it’s entrance of hotel is from parking area on 2nd floor where hotel is located. No one in Ludhiana can beat the rooms ,but if hotel improves it’s entrance , it would be cherry on cake.'
