'⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at WelcomeHeritage Badi Kothi, Prayagraj. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a great hospitality experience. A special thanks to Front Office Manager Dhananjaya and Romina Singh for their exceptional service, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prayagraj. Looking forward to staying here again.'

'Worst dormitory ever seen - fake picture ...no bed given as shown in the picture. poor quality of mattress (in fact it is just a plastic foam, not even matrass). bath room is worst. Do not recommended this for family stay.'

'Very noisy on the road. Extreme noise during the night meant unable to sleep well. Old noisy AC. Curtain unable to keep early morning light out. Had to switch off AC to reduce noise that meant mosquito attack. Overall staff were helpful but with exception of tips.'

'Room service very poor & electrical wire of hot water tank is without plug , no hand towel ,only 1 bath towel ,& lots of things missing in room , very poor service,, '

'Location was good'

'The hotel had cancelled my stay. The refund has not yet been done. Hotels.com did not inform me about this. First of all may ask you to refund my money and secondly Hotels.com should not include this kind of hotels which cancels your stay just a couple of days ahead of your arrival. It was very scary as I arrived the hotel late night and did not know where to look for a night 's stay. '
