'The room was very spacious and clean! The front desk staff was very helpful and did a great job with checkin and questions even with a large crowd because of a local sporting event. Breakfast was okay. The staff running breakfast was also trying to run the front desk because that person did not report for work. This caused things to get a bit messy at the breakfast area and hard to keep up with things but they handled it well and continued to be very friendly. '

'Repeat customer. We loved the size of the room Space and it was comfortable for 4. However this visit I noticed the sofa bed sheet had some crumbs and the cushions had stains. Also we were out all day the 2nd day and we didn't get fresh towels or a clean. Other than that it was fine. '

'I was very disappointed with this hotel. When we arrived the desk staff was nice but offered no additional info. The lack of breakfast service was also disappointing. The painted walls had huge scuff marks by the entrance. Overall, the room was depressing. Bland mustard color walls mixed with gray bed linens made the room look sad and the ugly drapery’s with no sheers made it impossible to let light get into our ground floor room.
