It features four panoramic terraces overlooking the Gulf of Gaeta, totaling 250 square meters, all covered and equipped with a barbecue, lounge chairs, tables, and chairs. It also has additional water reserves totaling 1,500 liters for exclusive use (in addition to the regular municipal water supply), air conditioning, and one parking space in front of the house.
