We stayed one night and wished we had had more time to spend here. It was a huge open space with three bedrooms which we needed. We got in late because of a road closure due to an accident and had to leave right after an early breakfast. The complimentary eggs were delicious scrambled. Everyone enjoyed them. Thank you!
A casual, comfy space for our two families and kids to share for a few days. Plenty of couches and beds, nice eating area on the deck, well-stocked kitchen. Easy access to everything in Forks and the surrounding area!
This property met our need and expectations. It was easy for us to walk to our activities and open enough to have a place for everyone to move around. It was clean & homey. The kitchen had everything we needed. We wrestled with the twin futons, but that's a memory now too. Everyone we talked to was very helpful and kind. We look forward to coming back here.
The property worked well for 5 of us to explore Olympic NP. It was great access to the stops we wanted to see in the area. One bathroom was good for us. One of the bedrooms has a curtain instead of a door, but it wasnât a problem.
This was a lovely place to stay for my group of 5 on our trip around the Olympic Peninsula. Easy to get to Hoh rainforest and the rocky beaches on the coast. The owners Joe and Linda were very communicative and welcoming to make sure our stay went as smoothly as possible
Overall, this place was ok but definitely not a 4 star location. Forks in general is a fairly run down town and though this particular place was nice for th area, when compared to other VRBOs weâve had, itâs simply average. The ice machine didnât work, the fridge was something from the 90âs, there wasnât a clean rack for washing the dishes, and a few other simple things that youâd see in a 5 star location. They had two exit signs that youâd see in a restaurant. So if you sleep in the living room, I hope you like a bright red glow. It was clean and nice. But again, not 5 star nice and the hosts seem to disregard the check out time for some reason but it is what it is.
The Loft was a perfect base for exploring Olympic NP!
We spent 2 nights at the Loft in Forks and couldn't have asked for a better home base for exploring the coastal sections of Olympic NP and the Hoh Rainforest. The loft is spacious, with plenty of room for our family of 6 to sleep and large, well-appointed common areas with lots of space for eating, lounging, and a great library of games, books, and movies. The hosts were super helpful and we had a great stay. Would gladly return if we're back in the area in the future!
Nicely kept upstairs property, with a large great room, 3 rooms for sleeping, well stocked kitchen, one spacious bathroom, and a deck with a gas grill. My party had 8 and we were all comfortable. Only drawback was the single bathroom. We ate a few meals there and all 8 could sit at the table, which is not always the case in rentals. The local grocery store is well stocked. The owners are very nice and communicate excellently.
Everything was fine and the property manager was available. The only issue was that the bedroom closest to the bathroom does not have a door, just a curtainâŠnot ideal. In addition it has a super bright exit sign in the room, so itâs fine with a sleep mask and earplugs but otherwise, itâs really a 2 bedroom place.
Property was easy to find and access. Can walk to Forks. Close to gas station and EV chargers. Several couches/roll outs to sleep on. Lots of movies for down time. Hosts were very helpful. We would stay here again. We spent our time hiking and fly fishing. There are lots of beautiful places to do both that are nearby.
We came to visit Olympic with our two kids, my cousin, her husband and her two kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. It was clean and cozy! The fireplace was really nice to have on a chilly night. Definitely recommend!
Only half of our party attended, so we had more than plenty of room. Our full party of six would have had enough room to comfortably stay here. The location felt safe and was perfect for our stop on the way to our longer trip destinations. It would have made a good "home base" while exploring the greater area.
Host was excellent with communication from the very start. Check-in instructions were clear and much appreciated. Our trip to ONP brought us through Forks for our first evening and this house met our needs to shower and rest for the next day of hiking and exploring.
Property location perfectly in town but far enough from the town noise. 3 big bedrooms, 1 big bathroom and a big livingroom. Kitchen fully equipped, a bqq grill outside. You share a wall with another rental and you are above the owners of the rentals. But you have your own entrance and you don't even know theres others next to you.
Parking was perfect for more than 1 vehicle. All the rules and check-out lists were posted and easy to follow.
I highly recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay while exploring Forks and surrounding areas.
