'Fixtures in the room were a little dated but clean and everything worked perfectly. Staff was great. Facilities were nice. Breakfast was good with waffles & fresh fruit. Biscuits and gravy. Great value to get a king bed jacuzzi room at this price point. Very nice, partner loved. Will stay again.'

'Clean and convenient'

'Great place to stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating.'

'Front desk staff excellent. Room was dirty had to go dollar tree get cleaning supply for tub. 1 wash cloth in the room. Ice machine on floor 5 wasn’t working. Breakfast gave as if the cook was lazy no fruit, cold eggs, no juice of any kind. The place also needs to be remodeled asap.'

'Very nice hotel!'

'Good service'

'Great'

'This is really an exceptional hotel at a very reasonable rate. I don’t say that often. The staff were incredible at every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay north of Cincinnati.'

'Charles is a personable and well-informed innkeeper. The house, bedrooms, and common areas were all warm and inviting. Lovely decor throughout. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.'

'Great staff. Room was clean and functional. Hot breakfast was good. Coffee station open 24/7. The only elevator was slow and noisy. The property was worn and dated.'
