« O quarto é bom . O problema é a equipe de abordagem que fica no hotel . Obs : equipe que eu falo , é os querem mostrar os novos empreendimentos do grupo . O ideal é perguntar primeiro se a pessoa tem interesse de conhecer . »

« No information about being two different rentals in one place: one being a hotel and the other one a flat owned privately property. No parking available and felt "discriminated" by not being able to "enjoy" the place. The whole structure needs renovation urgently. Although it seems like there is some renovation going on everywhere it should have been better for the price. Staff were great! The room we stayed was moldy and smelling. »

« El desayuno fue excelente, el espacio completamente adecuado y el staff tuvo un buen trato todo el tiempo con nosotras. Sin embargo habiamos solicitado un apartamento con balcón y nos dieron uno en un rincon, el sofá parecía tener pulgas pero con ayuda del staff nos ayudaron a con la limpieza del sofá, por lo demás muy buen servicio. »

« The hotel was in a good location, felt safe. I was surprised to not see any soap at all in the whole apartment. No soap to shower or wash hands. »

« Very easy access , please review instruction 24 hrs prior if not you will end up mini stranded like me trying to enter the place last minute texting the host. However they are very helpful and responsive. »

« We had dead mosquitoes in the bed sheets. However, the receptionist was always friendly and helpful. Also, the water isn’t clean, it’s slightly brown. But this is because Iquitos is in the Amazon jungle. »
