'Friendly, attentive and helpful staff in all areas - restaurant, bar, reception and cleaning. Superior room was large, well furnished and clean - bed was quite firm. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of options and personal requests catered for. Evening menu with good selection of food of a high standard at reasonable price. Car parking is very tight and often limited when busy, but there is other parking within a few mnutes walk of the hotel. Overall a great place that would return to...

'Beautiful cottage with really lovely hosts. They couldn't have been nicer, and so welcoming, and happy for us to come and go as we pleased during our stay.
