When I check in, I mentioned that I had to park on the street. The clerk told me that the city might tow my vehicle because they had done it to past customers. 'The room was spacious, clean, and safe for my 90 yo mom. The kitchenette was wonderful! Our room was quiet as was the hotel, the hotel is in a quiet location even tho it’s close to the airport. Our room had a view of a little lake with geese on it. I cannot say enough about how ACCOMMODATING, FRIENDLY, and CUSTOMER ORIENTED the hotel staff at the front desk was!!! 'Overall the stay was good, but I have some critical points. On the website it says they have laundry facilities. I went to the desk and asked where the room was to do laundry and was told they DON’T have a laundry room, but I was told I could go across the street and do my laundry at a laundromat. The laundry facilities was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, and I feel it’s not fair to advertise you have laundry facilities when you really don’t. Then there’s an issue with the towels....
