We had trouble checking in and when we called Expedia, the lady was not able to help us. I asked several times to speak with a supervisor but was told someone would call me back. If a supervisor did call back, no message was left. I also emailed a complaint to Expedia which was acknowledged with a statement that it would take up to 48 hours to receive a response, NOT helpful...

'Smoke and mirrors. The lobby looked nice but the reality is this is an old properly that isn't maintained. The edges of the carpet were coming up in the room, half the lights were not working and half of the plugs didn't work. This shouldn't be priced over $130 a night.'
