'In-house breakfast isn’t very elaborate; no protein options like eggs, sausage, etc. at all. I had to go out for breakfast every day. There are plenty of shops nearby. I had to reprogram my keycard like 5 times because it got demagnetized (from being near or in my phone wallet, AirPods, even my actual wallet), so make sure to keep it away from all electronics; they’re really sensitive I guess. Staff was very helpful and kind.'

'Be aware that the property has rules that after 8 years working in an hotel and never hearing something as such, rules like no guests after 9pm and any guest must check in prior and show ID are enforced. I felt as if in a drug treatment center that I've paid $85 a night for as I was unaware of this fact and had one person come over one night out of the six I stayed, went to pay the $10 extra occupancy fee in the morning and was told that I broke the rules. Again, I was unaware those were rules...

'Hot tub was non-existent. Like it was clean and beautiful but didnt work. We flipped switches and pushed buttons but nothing worked other than the water spout. Lol'

They also require you to submit your request no later than 2:00 pm the day before which means on the day you check in (which at the earliest is 3:00) you missed the deadline. So the earliest you can get room service is two days after you check in. It's a dumb policy which only aggravates a guest that would like their room serviced daily.
