'Sadly this property is dated, tired, and in need of an overhaul. The floor was uneven, sliding door to the balcony didn’t , tv service was down, and the room smelled of mildew. That is just a sample. Staff were nice enough and location is great. No area in the bathroom (pedestal sink) to put my makeup and skincare. I do not recommend.'

'This hotel was beautiful! I only had a few nitpicks. The room was very clean, the lobby area was very well kept. The lights & light switches were a bit hard to find, some would turn off one light but turn on another. The hotel seems to kind of expect you to know your way around, you are not given any kind of info about amenities or wifi. The front desk staff were great! Checkout and check in was super easy'

'The guy at the front desk was super dismissive and not helpful. They charge a $50 flat fee for pets which is nice if you stay a while but not nice if it’s only for a night. Location is by the freeway but the area is seedy. Room was very cramped, shower pressure terrible but it was hot. Breakfast had options but none tasted very good. The place smells like chemicals. Not happy for the price.'

'We had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express Portland South-Lake Oswego. The hotel receptionist was very helpful throughout our stay. The room design was modern, comfortable, and well thought out. I especially appreciated how spacious and very clean the room was. Everything felt organized and well maintained. 'Clean room very good, staff were friendly, breakfast was good but wish there were more different food. Parking was nice but dandelion white stuff flying everywhere and looks like snow. And we will come back next year 2027.'
