'Very good location. Very clean. Nearby free parking. Breakfast was just okay. Too much unnecessary clutter and perfumery airfreshner smell in room in my opioion. Seemed totally unnecessary as rooms were spotlessly clean. Luggage rack in room would be helpful. Would definitely recommend. '

'Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top.'

'We couldn’t have found more of a gem. This small boutique hotel in the heart of Sarteano was refurbished and done to the highest of standards. The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem! '
