You will find 3 bedrooms including a master suite with private bathroom and lounge on the first floor, plus a mezzanine level with 6 beds arranged as 2 double beds and 2 single beds. The ground floor features a kitchen, dining area, and living room. Amenities include private WiFi, TV, and a dedicated workspace for your convenience.



Step outside to enjoy 2 large terraces on the ground floor and first floor, plus a balcony offering views of the Aiguilles d'Arves. The property provides direct ski access from the north face, connecting you straight to the slopes. During warmer months from April to December, you can explore the surrounding green landscape and enjoy hiking or snowshoeing directly from the chalet.



Private parking is available on-site. Pets are welcome during your stay. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.



The chalet is situated in the Comborcière area on the upper part of the resort, a developing neighborhood. Snow tires or snow chains are recommended for winter visits due to potential heavy snowfall. Bed linens and bath towels are available for an extra fee. A 800 sqm spa facility with massage services is available for an extra fee at a partner location 200 meters from the chalet, offering relaxation opportunities during your mountain getaway.
