Sit back and relax out on your private, furnished balcony and enjoy the coastal breezes while taking in partial ocean views - you can even see Folly Pier! The master bedroom opens to the balcony and includes an en suite bathroom with a newly installed giant walk-in shower. Not only has the master bathroom been updated but the other bathrooms have received remodels as well! Prepare meals in your well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine together at the adjacent table for six or al fresco on the balcony. Guests of this vacation rental will also have access to two seasonal outdoor pools.

If you prefer to stay on the island, this condo is located right in the heart of Folly Beach where you'll be surrounded by restaurants offering different cuisine. Folly Beach is also the perfect place to indulge in several outdoor activities such as swimming, surfing, fishing, beach combing, and boating. Sign up at the local rental shops for surfing or paddle board lessons, or look for companies that offer guided kayak tours or boat tours, including the Charleston Kayak Company and Absolute Reel Screamer Charters. And less than 12 miles away, check out downtown Charleston where you will enjoy shopping, fine dining, and local historic tours.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
